The local beach is long, mostly covered with fine pebbles, and has a gradual entry into the water; at its edges, there is more space and a calmer atmosphere. A lively promenade filled with restaurants, taverns, cafés, and shops is close to the property, while many beautiful beaches along Kassandra are easily accessible.

The two-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette, spans two levels and can accommodate up to six adults. On the lower level, at ground floor, there is a living room with kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, there is another bedroom and a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, and the living room features a sofa bed for two people.

This air-conditioned accommodation has climate control units in all rooms and offers guests free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The ground floor includes a veranda, and the first floor has a balcony, both furnished with seating areas where guests can relax. Guests can also enjoy the spacious and well-kept yard with a barbecue.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units is carried out every three days. Guests have access to a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves as needed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
