Hotel Description

Luna Garden House is located in the very center of one of the most popular resorts in Kassandra, Pefkohori, only 140 meters away from the sandy beach. A perfect place for relaxation, combining comfort and functionality, providing ideal conditions for enjoying time with family and friends.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom, the other bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds, while the living room includes a sofa for two.

Upon request, at no additional cost, guests have access to a baby cot.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV, free WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the spacious veranda, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a view of the courtyard, and also indulge in preparing food on the barbecue.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon agreement with the owner. Guests staying with their pets are required to pay a deposit, which is refunded upon check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as it was received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as towel and linen replacement is not provided during the stay, but is done at the end of the stay. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Two parking spots are provided within the accommodation’s courtyard for the guests.

Luna Garden House is 7 km away from Xenia Beach, 22 km from Afytos, and 96 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
