NiRa House is a pleasant apartment located in Pefkochori, one of the most popular holiday resorts on Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki. It is situated 300 m from the beach and 200 m from the resort center, making it an excellent choice for guests who want to enjoy close proximity to all key amenities during their holiday. Thanks to its convenient location, guests can easily reach the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops, while still enjoying peace and comfort for relaxation.
The apartment, located on the elevated ground floor, is suitable for a maximum of five adults. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room, guests have access to a sofa for one person.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, wireless Wi-Fi internet, and one TV, and it also includes a fully equipped kitchen where guests have at their disposal a stove with four hotplates and an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Additional comfort during the stay is provided by a washing machine and a hair dryer.
For outdoor relaxation, guests have access to two balconies, ideal for enjoying pleasant summer days and evenings.
In this property, stays with very small pets up to six kilograms of weight are allowed, with no additional charges or deposit, but with mandatory prior notice at the time of booking.
Cleaning and the service of changing bed linen and towels aren’t included, but there is a possibility of providing those services for an addditional fee. During the stay, the cleanliness of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves, while additional bed linens and towels can be replaced by the guests according to their needs.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
