Summer Maisonette is one of the properties in a villa complex located in the small village of Kriopigi, surrounded by pine forest, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, and 1.1km away from the nearest beach.

This two-bedroom apartment, designed to accommodate up to five adults, is structured as a two-level maisonette. The lower level, on the ground floor, comprises a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while the upper level, equivalent to the first floor, consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning units in each bedroom, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, internet, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea view from the furnished veranda or balcony.

Your stay can be enhanced by the opportunity of free use of the pool available to all guests of the complex.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay, as well as for changing the provided bed linen and towels.

Parking space is provided for guests within the complex’s private parking area.

Summer Maisonette is located 14km away from the popular resort of Pefkohori, 11km from Hanioti, and 83km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

When arriving at the accommodation, it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit in the amount of 100 euros, which is returned to the guests upon leaving the accommodation, if no damage has been caused.
