Sofi Apartment represents the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and Mediterranean charm, offering a stay remembered for its relaxation and the simple pleasures of a carefree holiday.

This two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to six adults, making it an ideal choice for families or larger groups of friends. The apartment is entered from the elevated ground floor level, where guests will find a spacious living room with a kitchen and a separate toilet. Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed suitable for two guests, while each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay in the center of Pefkohori.

A baby cot can be provided upon prior request and is included in the price.

The apartment is equipped with two air-conditioning units, one located in the living room and the other on the first floor in one of the bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature and comfort on both levels throughout your stay. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a Smart TV, and a hairdryer for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a full-size oven, two ceramic cooktops, an electric kettle, and a toaster, allowing for a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities.

The apartment features a total of three balconies, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating areas and providing the perfect place to relax at any time of the day. Apartment cleaning during the stay is not included in the standard service, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Additional cleaning services are available upon request and at an extra charge. Bed linen and towel changes are not included in the standard service; however, extra sets can be provided for an additional fee.

Private parking is not available for guests of this apartment. However, parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the property, along the street, subject to the availability of free parking spaces.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
