The property can accommodate up to seven adults and is spread across three levels – the ground floor, the first floor, and the attic. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, and toilet, while the first floor comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the attic, located on the second level, guests have access to an open gallery with a sleeping area. All bedrooms, as well as the gallery, are furnished with double beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for one person. This layout provides both comfort and privacy, making it an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.

Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi internet access, as well as two flat-screen TVs located in the living room and one of the bedrooms, ensuring access to a variety of entertainment options. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with three air conditioning units installed in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a stove with four hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Additional conveniences include a washing machine and a hair dryer.

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
