Big Blue Apartment is a pleasant and functional accommodation located in Pefkohori, one of the most visited resorts on the Kassandra peninsula. Thanks to its excellent location, just 45 m from the beach and 900 m from the resort center, it offers guests easy access to all resort amenities, while still providing enough peace and privacy for a relaxing holiday.

The property is designed to accommodate up to five adults and is arranged across three levels – a semi-basement, ground floor, and first floor. In the semi-basement, accessed by a short flight of five steps, there is a living room and a bathroom. The ground floor is dedicated to the kitchen area, while the first floor features two bedrooms and an additional toilet. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second contains two single beds. A sofa in the living room serves as accommodation for the fifth guest. This layout ensures a practical use of space and a comfortable stay for families or small groups of friends.

Guests have access to WiFi internet and a smart TV located in the living room. For comfort during warm summer days, there are two air conditioning units placed in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Additional convenience is provided by a hair dryer.

Outdoor living is enhanced by a balcony and a veranda, offering pleasant spaces to enjoy fresh air at any time of the day. Both are furnished with seating sets suitable for morning coffee or evening relaxation, while the private barbecue on the veranda adds an excellent option for preparing meals and enjoying time with family and friends.

This accommodation is a great choice for guests traveling with pets, as small pets up to 10 kg are allowed free of charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. A replacement set of bed linen and towels for self-service change is available for reservations longer than five nights. Cleaning services, as well as additional sets of bed linen and towels, are available at an extra charge.

Private parking is not provided, but guests arriving by car can use street parking in the surrounding area, subject to availability.

Pefkohori is an excellent base for exploring the natural beauty of Kassandra, allowing visitors to easily reach some of the region’s most popular beaches. Glarokavos Beach is located just 7 km away, while Kriopigi Beach is approximately 20 km from the property. The nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 95 km away.

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
