Billy’s Cozy Apartment is located in Pefkohori, about 160 m from the beach, in one of the most famous and lively resorts on Kassandra. It is a good choice for guests who want a practical apartment for a family holiday or a small group stay, with easy access to the coast and the everyday amenities the town offers. Thanks to its location in a popular resort, this apartment provides a solid base for a relaxed summer holiday, walks, beach visits, and enjoying Pefkohori’s tourist offerings.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is designed for up to five adults. The space consists of a living room connected to the kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, making the layout suitable for families or small groups who need functional apartment accommodation during their holiday. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a narrower double bed, and an additional sleeping place is provided in the living room on a sofa for one person.

A baby crib can be provided on request free of charge, making travel easier for families with infants.

The apartment is equipped with basic amenities for a practical and more independent stay. Air conditioners ensure a comfortable temperature, while WiFi is available for daily connectivity. The kitchen, connected to the living room, is equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer, providing guests with the conditions to prepare meals during their stay.

The apartment has two balconies, giving guests extra outdoor space during the day. Each bedroom has access to its own balcony, adding practicality and privacy.
