Relaxing Apartment in located in Polichrono, just 50 meters from the beach, in the second row from the sea. It is a separate ground floor apartment, so it is the perfect choice for families up to six members who want privacy during the summer.

Since it is only 40m from the promenade, the market, bakery and tavern are very close.

Apartment (43m2) has a living room with a kitchen and two double sofa beds, as well as a bedroom with one double bed and a baby cot if needed. It is comfortable enough for four people, and for six it is a little tight. The apartment is equipped with a new TV, internet, towels, bedding, safe box, mosquito net on the front door, air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and feeder for the baby. There is a washing machine in the bathroom (shower with curtain). Outside the front door there is a large porch with a swing and a dining table with chairs.

The guests maintain hygiene during their stay in the unit.

The property doesn’t have private parking, so the guests leave their vehicle nearby.

It is located right next to the hotel Sun (closer to the sea) on the back side.

If you want a decent lodging in the center of Polichrono, very close to the beach, but in a very quiet place, Relaxing Apartment is a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
