Hotel Description

Stagera Apartment is a relatively new accommodation (2006). This is a four-bed ground floor apartment, clean and comfortable, with sea view and surrounded by a lawn, perfect for children’s play. It is located 175m from the beach. One of the amenities is a guaranteed parking space in the yard. The property is open year-round and small pets are welcome too. The accommodation is located below the highway in Polychrono, 1.3km from the center (as far as the nearest market and bakery). The first restaurant is located 400m away.

The apartment can be reached from two directions - from the highway or on foot, from the road parallel to the beach. You go down the stairs to it, if you come from the highway.

The apartment (42m2) has air conditioning, internet signal, TV and hairdryer.

It has a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large fridge with freezer, toaster, blender, coffee machine, cooker and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine (no extra charge). The bedroom has a double bed (baby cot can not fit), while the living room has two single beds (look like two couches). There is also a possibility of adding an extra bed.

The hygiene of the units is taken care of by the guests themselves, while linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay.

In the large, landscaped courtyard there is a shower and hose.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
