Luka Apartments 1 is family-owned accommodation and is located 50 meters above the main church, not far from the center of Polychrono, a 6-7 minute walk from the Blue Flag beach. It was built on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay. It has six comfortable units, capacity for 2-6 people. The building was completely renovated in 2021. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, furniture for children and a parking space in the yard. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The house is 350m away from the beach, 200m from the center, and 150m from the market, bakery and pharmacy.

The building is in three levels, and in each level there are two spacious apartments with a total area of 50m2. The owners live on the ground floor of the building.

All apartments have a sea view.

The apartments have marble floor tiles, modern furniture. The living room is separate from the bedroom. The size of the apartment is 50m2. The apartments consist of a living room with two beds, one of which has another drawer bed, and a bedroom with access to a spacious terrace (8m2) which offers a beautiful sea view. The bedrooms have a standard double bed, dimensions 160x200mm. The complete furniture is new. All windows have mosquito nets, as well as electric blinds and curtains.

The kitchens are fully equipped with the necessary utensils, have a refrigerator and a flat plate with two induction hobs, an aspirator. The bathrooms have modern ceramics and sanitary as well as showers.

All apartments are air conditioned, have internet access, satellite TV and large terraces. All apartments have a hairdryer and a laundry iron. We also offer a machine washing machine with a surcharge of 5-10 euros. Baby cot is available on request at no extra charge.

Cleaning is done daily, towels and bed linen are changed every five days, upon request and earlier.

Parking is in the yard of the building, and one parking space is provided for each apartment

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
