Accommodation description

DelSoll is located in the center of the village of Polihrono, in the first row to the beach. It offers a total of 13 studios with a view of the sea or garden, suitable for 2 persons.

The superior units are situated at the top of the building, with direct or lateral sea views.

All units are air-conditioned, equipped with internet, TV, and kitchen facilities.

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets, although it may be a bit challenging to find a parking spot during the season.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

The apartment is too small... perhaps suitable for two, but not for two with a child. Below, there is a playroom for children, so in that regard, it is not suitable for a vacation. A family holiday is out of the question. All in all, I am not satisfied with the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
