Cleaning

After each check-out and before each new check-in, the cleaning team performs a strict and certified room cleaning. This includes full cleaning and sanitizing, as well as changing towels, bed linen and covers and emptying waste bins. During our guest’s stay, all rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, trash cans are emptied, shower gel is used, etc., refilled, and towels and bed linen are changed upon request when necessary. seven days room service and turndown service are also available for all rooms.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 17 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
