The renovated bathroom has a shower with glass and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms and the living room leads to a large common balcony, which is equipped with furniture for sitting and dining.

The yard is tidy, fenced, has a children’s corner and seating. Also, there are shades.

The cleaning of the accommodation, during the stay, is done by the guests themselves, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available to guests.

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets, parking space is not provided.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
