The apartment (54m2) is renovated, located on the first floor of a building with a landscaped and fenced yard. It has two separate bedrooms with two French beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a hob with two hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator and a coffee machine. The renovated bathroom has a shower with glass and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms and the living room leads to a large common balcony, which is equipped with furniture for sitting and dining.
The yard is tidy, fenced, has a children’s corner and seating. Also, there are shades.
The cleaning of the accommodation, during the stay, is done by the guests themselves, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available to guests.
Parking is possible in the surrounding streets, parking space is not provided.
