Sofia House apartment is located near the center of Polichrono, about 200m from the beach. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation in a quiet environment and near an organized city beach.

It is about 50m away from restaurants, shops and bakeries.

The apartment is suitable for four adults and two children. It has two separate bedrooms with double beds, and in the kitchen area there is a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped, has a large stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has TV, internet, and washing machine.

It has two terraces, one smaller terrace from the bedroom and a larger one, equipped with seating, which is accessed from the kitchen area and this terrace has a side view of the sea.

The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

A baby cot is available to guests upon prior request and this service is free of charge.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The minimum number of nights is six.
When arriving at the accommodation with a pet, an additional payment for cleaning is required and it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 8€ per night.
