Sofia House apartment is located near the center of Polichrono, about 200m from the beach. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation in a quiet environment and near an organized city beach.
It is about 50m away from restaurants, shops and bakeries.
The apartment is suitable for four adults and two children.
It has two separate bedrooms with double beds, and in the kitchen area there is a sofa bed for two people.
The kitchen is equipped, has a large stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, has TV, internet, hairdryer and washing machine.
It has two terraces, one smaller terrace from the bedroom and a larger one, equipped with seating, which is accessed from the kitchen area and this terrace has a side view of the sea.
The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
A baby cot is available to guests upon prior request and this service is free of charge.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, while changing bed linen and towels is not provided. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment is required.
Accommodation guests can park in front of the accommodation facility. There is no guaranteed parking space. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets or in one of the public parking lots.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

U odnosu na cenu, veoma los apartman. Stvari koje navode da imaju, kao na primer fen, nemaju u apartmanu, aspirator iznad sporeta je samo ukras, nije prikljucen. Mnogo budji i vlage u kuhinjskim elementima i jako neprijatan intenzivan miris. Apartman nije bio ociscen od prethodnih gostiju, ostaci hrane svuda po kuhinji. S ozbirom na cenu, ni sapun nemaju u kupatilu, a to je neka osnovna stvar kada najmite negde smestaj. Sve u svemu, veoma nezadovoljni.
