When arriving at the accommodation with a pet, an additional payment for cleaning is required and it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
Blue Sky Apartment is located in the very center of Polichrono, about 200m from the beach. It can host four people.
The accommodation is about 100m from a restaurants, shops and bakeries.
The apartment is located on a hill, there are a lot of stairs to the ground floor of the building, and the apartment itself is on the first floor.
Apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other there is a sofa for one person and a pull-out armchair.
The accommodation is air-conditioned. Have WiFi internet, washing machine and equipped kitchen with four ring hob and large oven, large fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The terrace of the apartment has a fantastic view of the town and the sea and is equipped with a sofa.
A baby cot is available to guests upon prior request and this service is free of charge.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation withan additional fee and a guarantee deposit.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee.
Parking is possible in the surrounding streets or in one of the public parking lots.
