Suzanna First Line Apartment is located in the center of Polihrono, almost on the beach. It is an ideal place for those who seek accommodation in a peaceful environment and close to the organized city beach.
The property is close to restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building that is the second one from the beach and is suitable for six people.
It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large stove with four burners and an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, with a TV and WiFi internet.
A baby cot is available to guests upon prior request, and this service is complimentary.
The apartment has a large veranda equipped with seating sets and opens onto a path leading directly to the beach.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is not provided.
Guests of the accommodation can park near the property. There is no guaranteed parking space. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets or at one of the public parking lots nearby.

An outstanding accommodation, perfectly equipped (even with washing machines for laundry and dishes, a coffee maker, a microwave...), very comfortable, right by the beach, ideal for large families.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

A minimum stay of 6 nights is required. For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply. - for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay, - for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 100€ will be added to the total price of the stay, - for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 150€ will be added to the total price of the stay.
The environmental tax is not included in the price and amounts to 8€ per night.
