Our description

Possidi Beach Apartments is accommodation in a quiet location in Possidi, located within a complex of buildings with a landscaped yard, just 30m from the beach. The accommodation has one studio that can host up to four people and an apartment that can host up to six people.

Both accommodation units are located on the ground floor.

Upon entering the courtyard, you first encounter the studio, which has a seating area with an awning in front. It has two beds with pull-out drawers, a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, a small oven and a large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

The apartment is side-oriented in relation to the main courtyard, has its own smaller courtyard in front of the entrance and has garden furniture for 8 people with an awning. There are two double beds in the bedroom, while there is another double bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (two-burner hob, small oven, large fridge), and the bathroom has a shower cabin.

Both units are new, have air conditioning, fans on the ceiling of each room, mosquito nets on the doors and windows, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, grill, everything a household needs. Accommodation units do not have televisions.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and additional towels and bed linen are provided. Towels and bed linen are changed by the guests themselves.

For guests of the studio, there is free public parking 150m away from the complex, and parking is also possible near the accommodation.
A parking space is provided for guests of the apartment in front of the courtyard of the accommodation.

If you want accommodation in a quiet place, almost on the beach itself, Possidi Beach Apartments is the right choice.
Posidi is a quiet place surrounded by a pine forest, with a promenade by the sea, several taverns, restaurants and nicely decorated cafes and basic facilities. Nearby is one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful beaches in Kassandra, Egeopelagitika, a well-kept and long sandy beach.

Located on the ground floor of a beautiful complex full of greenery, with the most beautiful yard in this part of Possidi, just 30m from the beach, Possidi Beach Apartments is an ideal choice for even the most demanding tourists, who want a peaceful and beautiful environment extremely safe for children.
It is very popular with tourists from all over Europe.
Hidden in untouched nature, tucked away in a pine forest, this peaceful place hides several beautiful, kilometer-long beaches of Egeopelagitika, Posidi Cape and the central city beach, which are marked with blue flags for water purity.

The western beach, the most famous in Halkidiki, apart from perfectly clean and calm water, offers tourists all kinds of water sports.

The city's central beach is a real delight for children, due to the gradual shallowing, sand and clear water without grass and jellyfish.

The famous Posidi cape, or cape that changes its shape, is a real challenge for adventurers and recreationists, and guests can also use a bicycle to take a leisurely ride around this natural attraction.

Possidi Beach Apartments in the most attractive location, next to the luxury hotel Cavo Delea and the beach cafe Aithrio, offers tourists accommodation in a studio-apartment and an apartment with a separate bedroom of 30 and 32m2, both fully equipped and providing all modern conveniences for a pleasant stay. They are ideal for accommodation for two families.
Both units have their own private terrace.
Apartments are not pet friendly.

The terrace of the studio facing the beautiful yard full of greenery, where you can put a deckchair, have lunch, is equipped with comfortable furniture for resting / lying down and sitting for up to 8 people.

The terrace of the apartment with the bedroom, is laterally oriented in relation to the main courtyard, has its own smaller courtyard and has garden furniture for 8 people. It is connected to the studio by a smaller, independent terrace, on which there is a larger, auxiliary fridge / freezer, pantry, spare oven, toaster and electric grill, in case guests do not want to cook in the units.
Guests have at their disposal sets of several quality bed linens, about twenty large, small and beach towels, household chemicals, free internet and air conditioning.

Both units are new, have air conditioning, fans on the ceiling of each room, mosquito nets on the doors and windows, washing machine, stove, oven, umbrella, mixer, iron, hair dryer, grill, refrigerator with freezer, for children there is the possibility of using strollers and chairs for feeding, bicycle... Everything a household needs.

The studio is functionally equipped and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It has two large beds. The external dimensions of the bed are 140x192cm and two additional internal pull-out beds, measuring 135x190. Four beds in total. For studio guests, there is free public parking 100 m from the complex, as well as smaller, free parking lots nearby.

The second apartment has everything, like a studio, a private yard, a terrace, but it also has a bedroom. It can accommodate up to six people, it has three double beds measuring 140x200. It has a secured parking space within the complex.
Units do not have TV.
