Description
Villa Possidi Studios is located just 100m from the beach and the town center. The beach can be reached by an easy and short walk. It offers accommodation in three-bed and four-bed studios with bright and pleasant decoration. All units are equipped with kitchenette (stove with two hotplates) with fridge, bathroom with shower, LCD TV and air conditioning (extra charge on site). The villa is located in a real Mediterranean courtyard, easily and directly accessible from the main road. The studios are located on the ground floor, where each studio has its own patio with seating, and on the first floor, from which there is a panoramic view of the sea and Posida. Parking is provided for all visitors to the villa, the parking lot is in front of the building, and if it is full, guests can park right in front of the house. The parking space cannot be reserved.
The villa is ideally positioned, it is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and in the immediate vicinity there are markets, bakeries, butchers and everything else needed for a pleasant vacation. At a little less than two thousand meters there is a sandy beach for which Posidi is widely known, as well as the old lighthouse.
Guests are provided with towels and Wi-Fi internet.
The villa is pet friendly.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan htela bih da rezervisem dve sobe . Prva soba za 2 odraslih i 3 dece 12,11 i 2 godine (ona spava sa nama u krevetu) Driga soba za 4.8-11.8 za 2 odraslih i bebu 10 meseci. Hvala
