Accommodation description
Villa Possidi Studios is located just 100m from the beach and the town center. The beach can be reached by an easy and short walk. It offers accommodation in three-bed and four-bed studios with bright and pleasant decoration. All units are equipped with kitchenette (stove with two hotplates) with fridge, bathroom with shower, LCD TV and air conditioning (extra charge on site). The villa is located in a real Mediterranean courtyard, easily and directly accessible from the main road. The studios are located on the ground floor, where each studio has its own patio with seating, and on the first floor, from which there is a panoramic view of the sea and Posida. Parking is provided for all visitors to the villa, the parking lot is in front of the building, and if it is full, guests can park right in front of the house. The parking space cannot be reserved. The villa is ideally positioned, it is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and in the immediate vicinity there are markets, bakeries, butchers and everything else needed for a pleasant vacation. At a little less than two thousand meters there is a sandy beach for which Posidi is widely known, as well as the old lighthouse. Guests are provided with towels and Wi-Fi internet. The villa is pet friendly.

The accommodation at Possidi Studios is satisfactory. It contains everything necessary. The beds are somewhat narrow by our standards. The beach is very close and beautiful. The place is small and peaceful. We experienced a few days of bad weather, but the owner made it bearable with her exceptional hospitality. She quickly transformed a large room into a play area and invited all guests to socialize. The children were thrilled and entertained. The yard is spacious. We used the barbecue. The overall impression is very good, and we are very grateful to Nikana.

The staff was courteous, and the beach is very close (just a 3-minute walk), as are the restaurants and markets. The studio was clean, and the bed linens and towels were changed approximately halfway through our stay. Overall, everything was fine for us, except for the ragweed pollen present in the bushes right next to the property (both my husband and I are allergic). It would be beneficial to remove this to prevent other people allergic to ragweed pollen from facing the same issues we did.

- The minimum stay is nine nights.
- The charge for pets is 20€ per shift, for a stay of 10 nights.
- The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.
