Sunny Private Villa is located outside the town of Sani, on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. This villa, with a carefully landscaped garden, offers privacy and represents the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. It is 2.6km away from the nearest beach.
The accommodation unit is a maisonette on three levels and can accommodate nine people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom, while in the basement, there is a double bed, a single bed, and a bathroom.
All rooms within the property are air-conditioned, guests have access to free WiFi, a smart TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin and a shower without a tub, with or without a curtain. Upon request and at an additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
The veranda is equipped with a seating set and a swing, offering a view of the garden.
Pets are allowed. Parking space is provided within the garden for guests staying at the accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
