Hotel Description

Iliahtida Apartments is a well-maintained accommodation located less than 50m from the sandy beach in Siviri. They offer three comfortable duplex apartments, ideal for a family holiday. There’s a barbecue available as well.

The accommodation operates since 2007. The center is about 400m away, the nearest supermarket (with pastry) is at 50m, while the nearest restaurants are 200m away.

Each apartment (67m2) is set on the separate floor (the ground, first and second floor). They’re a air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, large fridge and electric kettle, internet access, TV, hairdryer shower with a curtain in the bathroom, mosquito nets, two terraces and a tumble dryer. All apartments have a washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while the guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartments.

There is a faucet with a hose in the small yard.

There’s no private parking, so guests can park close by.

We are extremely pleased with the apartment; it is spacious, features three terraces, has friendly hosts, and the location is fantastic.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
