Our description
Iliahtida Apartments is a well-maintained accommodation located less than 50m from the sandy beach in Siviri. They offer three comfortable duplex apartments, ideal for a family holiday. There's a barbecue available as well.
The accommodation operates since 2007. The center is about 400m away, the nearest supermarket (with pastry) is at 50m, while the nearest restaurants are 200m away.
Each apartment (67m2) is set on the separate floor (the ground, first and second floor). They're a air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, large fridge and electric kettle, internet access, TV, shower with a curtain in the bathroom, mosquito nets, two terraces and a tumble dryer. Only the second-floor apartment has a washing machine. A hairdryer is available on request.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while the guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartments.
There is a faucet with a hose in the small yard.
There's no private parking, so guests can park close by.

Iliahtida Apartment (67m2) is located in Siviri. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom with a shower, kitchen with a fridge and stove with oven, flat-screen TV, balcony, air conditioning, free WiFi internet and a view of the garden and the sea.
The balcony and garden are ideal for relaxation.
The village center is a 5-minute walk away, with taverns, restaurants, cafes, markets, souvenir shops and other amenities.
Sani Beach is 25km away and Afitos is 11km from the accommodation. The closest airport is in Thessaloniki 84km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
