Next To The Sea Apartment is located 20m from the sandy beach in the very center of Siviri, on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula. We offer two apartments that can host four people each. It is a perfect choice for two families.

All facilities that Siviri offers are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (restaurants, shops, promenade, children’s amusement park).

The apartments are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the building.

Both apartments are air-conditioned and have internet and TV. In the apartment on the ground floor, there are two single beds joined in the bedroom, and in the apartment on the first floor, there is a double bed in the bedroom. Both apartments have a pull-out sofa in the living room.

The kitchen has a stove with three burners, a small oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.

The apartment on the first floor has a washing machine.

Both apartments have two large terraces/verandahs with a beautiful side view of the sea and the promenade.

Pets are welcome.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay, changing of bed linen and towels is not provided.

Parking for accommodation guests is not provided. Parking is possible in the surrounding streets or in the public parking lot near the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay is 4 nights.
When arriving at the accommodation, it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit in the amount of 100 euros, which is returned to the guests upon leaving the accommodation, if no damage has been caused.
