Our description
Next To The Sea Apartment is located 20m from the sandy beach in the very center of Siviri, on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula. It can host up to four people.
All facilities that Siviri offers are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (restaurants, shops, promenade, children's amusement park).
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with three rings, a small oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.
The apartment has internet, TV and washing machine. It is not air-conditioned, guests have a fan at their disposal. It has two large terraces with a beautiful side view of the sea and the promenade.
Pets are welcome.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay, and additional towels and bed linen are available to them, which they change independently.
Parking for accommodation guests is not provided. Parking is possible in the surrounding streets or in the public parking lot near the accommodation.

Next To The Sea Apartment is located in a small and peaceful village of Siviri, on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula, just 20m from the sandy beach.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning, but guests have access to WiFi, a TV, fan, washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with three burners, a small oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom includes a shower tray without a curtain.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a side view of the sea on the balcony furnished with seating.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves.
There is no private parking available, but free parking spots can easily be found around of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Opis apartmana zaista odgovara stvarnom stanju. Apartman sa dve terase, od kojih se sa jedne pruža fantastičan pogled na more i zalaske sunca. Kuhinja opremljena, komunikacija sa vlasnikom odlična. Lokacija na par koraka od mora i centra mesta. Uživali smo.
