The Garden View Apartment represents an excellent choice for a family vacation in the charming resort of Siviri. Situated in a peaceful complex of similar apartments and just 280 meters from the sandy beach, this apartment offers a harmonious blend of privacy and relaxation. Surrounded by greenery and a tranquil atmosphere, it is ideal for a carefree stay in Kassandra, with everything needed for a pleasant summer vacation with the family.
The apartment (50m2) is designed for up to four adults and two children, is a maisonette structure spread over two levels, on the ground floor and first floor. On the lower level, the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Here, there is a sofa bed for two people to sleep. On the upper level, located on the first floor, there are two bedrooms - one equipped with a double bed, while the other has bunk beds. This level also features an additional toilet.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, two fans, free WiFi, and a Smart TV. The kitchen contains two stove burners, a large oven, and a spacious fridge with a freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with a curtain, a hairdryer, as well as a washing machine.
The apartment has a veranda and a balcony, both furnished with seating sets.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation. Clean bed linens and towels are already prepared in the accommodation for self-replacement, available for use as needed.
Although the apartment does not have a dedicated parking space, there are always plenty of public parking areas available nearby.

We stayed in the Garden View apartment in Siviri at the end of August. We arrived at the apartment after the fire that hit the place, and the first thing that welcomed us was the smell of clean curtains. The apartment comes highly recommended for people who do not mind 200 m to the beach. The path to the beach is flat, the beach is sandy, and the sea is warm and clean. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and more than enough towels and bed linen. It is clear that it was furnished by a woman. It has two terraces and a small yard where you can leave your things overnight because it is completely safe and quiet. Across from the apartment there is enough space to keep your car in the shade all the time. In addition to all these features, I must add that the kindness of the hostess made the biggest impression. For all tourists who enjoy a peaceful vacation in a small town that has everything you need, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you Bilja and Nikana, until we meet again, best regards

We stayed in Sivirija as a family with two children. We were delighted by the kindness and hospitality of the host, the accommodation is clean, spacious, tidy, and equipped with absolutely everything needed for a vacation. The beds are comfortable with new mattresses, and there is enough space for storing clothes. Parking in natural shade across from the accommodation is always available. Two very significant terraces are also equipped, their own piece of yard, and the proximity to the beach, market, and taverns give the vacation a special charm. I highly recommend this apartment and this place for a vacation.
