An excellent place for relaxation, with a pleasant ambiance, cleanliness, and spaciousness. The hosts have made sure that the accommodation is fully equipped and nothing is lacking. The beach is nearby, and parking is always available. We highly recommend it.

The apartment matches the provided description and is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach is just a minute away from the apartment. The owner has prepared a guide with recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and attractions to visit, as well as the city transport schedule, which made our stay in Kavala much easier from the start. Within five minutes from the apartment, there are a shop, a bakery, and a gyros place. For larger shopping, there is a big Masutis a kilometer away by car towards the center, where you can find everything you need.

Overall, our stay was delightful. The place exceeded our expectations, appearing even more charming than in the photographs. It was impeccably clean. Upon our arrival, we found some thoughtful provisions left for us, including snacks, juice, basic toiletries, and coffee. Lena was an exceptional host, always helpful and kind. If you have a fondness for animals, you can befriend the local community cats, who are friendly yet sufficiently shy to respect your space if you prefer not to engage with them.

During the reservation of the apartment, the owners offered us a discount (we did not expect it, but it certainly came in handy, and they earned a plus from me right there). Upon our arrival, we were greeted in the apartment with a bottle of wine on the table (a small welcome gesture, as the owner Lena would say), and in the fridge, we found cheese, ham, bread, water, juices, jams, and honey (everything you need for the first day, so you don't have to rush to the store immediately). The apartment is exceptionally spacious and beautifully decorated, very clean and tidy, and excellently equipped (with an espresso machine, you also get a few espresso capsules, along with a couple of packets of instant coffee and tea), a microwave, kettle, two types of toasters (for hot sandwiches and one for bread), a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and towels). The bathroom also has a washing machine, along with laundry detergent, a shower gel, and shampoo. The Wi-Fi works flawlessly. The apartment is on the ground floor (I personally do not like ground floors, but it did not bother me here) and has access to both the front and back yards. The front yard is beautifully landscaped, and in the back yard, there is enough space to dry your laundry. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Kavala, and there is always parking available. The nearest beach, Kalamitsi, is just a 2-minute leisurely walk from the apartment. Within a 10-20 minute drive, there are several beautiful beaches, and the choice is truly vast. The owner of the apartment is always at your disposal and ready to help. When we mentioned we wanted to go to Thassos, she informed us where we could do a rapid test for free (which is necessary for boarding the ferry) and provided us with the ferry schedule. She also guided us on what to visit and recommended places to eat (we did not regret it; everything we tried at those places was delicious). In my opinion, this apartment comes highly recommended.
