Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The House of View is located in Kavala and offers a spacious apartment for six people, with three bedrooms and a beautiful sea view and mountain view. A parking spot is available for the guests.
The accommodation is 1km away from the beach and the nearest shote is 300m away.
The apartments is available for booking since 2017. and it is located on the first floor and has three bedrooms. In each of them, there is one double bed. Two bedrooms have A/C and a balcony and one of them has a sea view and a bathroom with shower base and a curtain. The third A/C is in the living room. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, a toaster and dishwasher. There is another bathroom with the access from the common space and there's a bath tub inside. The apartment has 120m2. From the living room, there's another balcony with sea view. There isn't a possibility to add another extra bed, just baby cot.
The apartment has a TV, WiFi, dishwasher, mosquito nets and a hair dryer.
The accommodation is being cleaned upon the departure of the guests. If needed, the owner can bring new bed linen and towels.
There's a private parking place for one vehicle.
The House of View can be a good choice for the ones that want to sip their morning coffee while enjoying the sea view and Thassos.
