Our description

The House of View is located in Kavala and offers a spacious apartment for six people, with three bedrooms and a beautiful sea view and mountain view. A parking spot is available for the guests.

The accommodation is 1km away from the beach and the nearest shote is 300m away.

The apartments is available for booking since 2017. and it is located on the first floor and has three bedrooms. In each of them, there is one double bed. Two bedrooms have A/C and a balcony and one of them has a sea view and a bathroom with shower base and a curtain. The third A/C is in the living room. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, a toaster and dishwasher. There is another bathroom with the access from the common space and there’s a bath tub inside. The apartment has 120m2. From the living room, there’s another balcony with sea view. There isn’t a possibility to add another extra bed, just baby cot.

The apartment has a TV, WiFi, dishwasher, mosquito nets and a hair dryer.

The accommodation is being cleaned upon the departure of the guests. If needed, the owner can bring new bed linen and towels.

There’s a private parking place for one vehicle.

The House of View can be a good choice for the ones that want to sip their morning coffee while enjoying the sea view and Thassos.

The House of View is located in a quiet neighborhood of Kavala. It is 1,1km from Kavala aqueduct (Kamares) and the historical center and 2km from the archaeological museum of Kavala.

The house is suitable to accommodate up to 6 people. It includes 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the master bedroom there is a separate small bathroom and a baby cot.

House provides free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hair dryer, dish washing machine and clothes washing machine, iron, TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a fire place, piano for musician visitors, dining room, big bathroom and terrace. There is also a private parking place.
