Hotel Description

Lydia’s House is a recently renovated apartment with a separate bedroom, which offers to its guests privacy, as only this apartment is in the offer, and it also has a great sea view. The friendly owners live on the floor above and strive to make their guests’ stay even better.

This facility is located in Kavala, 650m from the sandy beach Kalamitsa and the supermarket LIDL is 700m from the accommodation.

It is an apartment (55m2) on the ground floor which has one separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep one child. There is also one extra bed in the bedroom. Generally, the apartment is suitable for two adults with two children or for three adults.

The living room and dining room form one common unit and the kitchen is well equipped, there is also a table with chairs where you can dine. The kitchen has a refrigerator, small stove, toaster, two hobs and electric kettle, with plates, glasses and dining utensils. The bathroom has a shower, with a curtain.

In the accommodation unit, in addition to the above mentioned amenities, there is also air conditioning and TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer and mosquito nets.

Towels and bed linen are cleaned and changed every fifth day of the stay.

When you go out into the yard, on the right side there is a seating area, with a table and chairs, which offers a sea view that you can enjoy. The yard, although small, is very nicely arranged and maintained.

There is a public parking space across from the accommodation (free of charge) and where you can leave your vehicle.

We recommend accommodation to guests who would like to be in a larger tourist place (city in this case) where, in addition to vacation, they can visit numerous tourist places in Kavala and those who want a more modern and renovated space in which they can stay. An additional benefit is the proximity of a large supermarket.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
