Niki’s House is located in the center of Keramoti, in close proximity to the port. The house features a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a seating area and private parking.

The center and the port are at a distance of 130m, while the nearest market is only 60m away from the accommodation. The beach is situated 600m away.

This house measures 50m2 and can accommodate up to four people. The entrance is on the elevated ground floor.

It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, while the living room features two single sofas. There is also a veranda overlooking the courtyard.

Guests have at their disposal two air conditioners, WiFi, TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.

The landscaped courtyard features a seating area and a barbecue.

A parking space is provided for the guests of the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
