This property is a 60m2 house located on the first floor and can accommodate four persons.

It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two sofas that can be pulled out into single beds. It also has a veranda overlooking the courtyard.

Guests have at their disposal two air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two burners, a large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.

In the well-kept garden, there is a seating area and a barbecue.

Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
