Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Just On The Sea 1 Apartment is located in Nea Iraklitsa right on the beach, while the town center and promenade are nearby.
The town center and promenade are 270m away, while the Masoutis market is 900m from the accommodation.
This is a maisonette located on a high ground floor and extends over two levels, accommodating up to five people.
On the first level (high ground floor) of this five-bed accommodation, there is a living room with a kitchen including a sofa for one person and a bathroom with a shower. On the second level (first floor) there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a balcony on each level, all with a direct sea view. There is also a fenced yard shared with Just On The Sea 2 Studio, which has a common barbecue.
The accommodation features two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, washing machine, kitchen with four burners, large oven, standard refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. It has two bathrooms. Upon request and at no extra charge, a baby cot and high chair are available. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement and an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in nearby streets.
