Accommodation description

Located in the seaside village of Nea Peramos and surrounded by plane trees, Kipos Resort features a swimming pool and a pool bar. It offers spacious accommodations and free Wi-Fi throughout.

The air-conditioned rooms are furnished with handmade iron beds and they open up to a private balcony. Featuring a private bathroom with shower, each unit is equipped with LCD TV, fridge and telephone.

A breakfast is served daily in the rooms and includes juice, jams, yogurt, honey and fresh eggs. Guests can also enjoy a drink at the hotel’s bar by the pool.

Kipos resort lies close to the center of Nea Peramos, where you will find a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The city of Kavala is at 11 mi and the Kavala International Airport is at 31 mi.

We are extremely satisfied, from your service to the host who has become a new friend. The accommodation is comfortable and beautiful. It is cleaned every two days and the bed linens are changed regularly. The host is available throughout the day and is there to assist with anything needed. Nea Peramos is a lovely town, and nearby is Amolofi beach, the most beautiful one we have visited so far. Great compliments and thanks to the agency Nikana through which we organized this wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
