Welcome to Kipos Resort. Kipos Resort is only 100 meters from Paramo Beach and the main tavernas and restaurants. It is located in a peaceful and green environment and offers moments of rest and relaxation at all times.
The building is surrounded by lush trees and is only 1.5 km from the blue, famous sandy beaches of Kavala. It offers spacious rooms, a pool for children and adults as well as a poolside bar. All rooms in the accommodation are air-conditioned, have a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a hairdryer. There are also rooms with jacuzzi, sumptuous breakfast and WiFi internet. The pool bar serves refreshing drinks and coffee that can be enjoyed on the cool terrace around the pool.
Alternatively, you can go to one of the beaches that are within walking distance, and the most important and famous blue flag is awarded to Amolofon beach with organized bars that offer shade, sunbeds, refreshments and unique moments. Kipos Resort combines beautiful nature with stylish decor and a sense of tranquility and offers its guests a peaceful ambience and impeccable services and amenities for a truly relaxing stay.
The hotel has 12 rooms. Two have a jacuzzi for two people. The other ten rooms have one double bed and one single bed each, and in the case of a fourth person (child), another bed can be added. Therefore, these ten rooms can be rented out as single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and a cafe-bar with breakfast, coffee and drinks in the evening. There is also a spacious free parking lot.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Prezadovoljni smo, od vaše usluge do samog domaćina u kom smo dobili novog prijatelja. Smeštaj je komforan i lep. Čisti se na svaka dva dana i menja se posteljina. Domaćin je dostupan preko celog dana i tu je da pomogne za sve što treba. Nea Peramos je lep grad, a blizu je Amolofi plaža najlepša na kojoj smo bili do sada. Velike pohvale i hvala za agenciju Nikana preko koje smo organizovali predivan odmor. Hvala.
