Irene House is located not far from the the beach. The house has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people, making it ideal for larger groups. It features a beautifully landscaped yard with a seating area and a sea view.

It is a maisonette that spans two levels (ground floor and first floor/loft) and can accommodate four adults and three children.

The accommodation (86m2) on the lower level on the ground floor, has a toilet, kitchen, and a living room with two sofas intended for sleeping two children. On the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have one double bed each, with one of them also having a single bed. One bedroom has a balcony with a sea and street view. There are also two verandas with seating areas on the ground floor (since the house has two entrances), one of which has a built-in barbecue. It has a landscaped yard with natural shade.

Guests have at their disposal air conditioning in every room, WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay. For guests staying longer than five days, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided.

Parking is not available for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking space along the street in front of and behind the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
