Irene House is located in a small and picturesque village belonging to the municipality of Pangeo and the prefecture of Kavala, Nea Iraklitsa, a place with a well-kept and paved seaside promenade lined with traditional restaurants, taverns, modern bars, bakeries, pastry shops, and stores. This accommodation is 330m from the sandy, wide, long beach with gradual depth and crystal-clear sea.
The two-bedroom apartment, designed to accommodate up to four adults and four children, is structured as a maisonette on two levels. The ground floor comprises a toilet and a living room with a kitchen, while the upper level, equivalent to the first floor, consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms of this apartment each have a double bed, with one of them additionally having a bed for one child. The living room has two sofas intended for two children to sleep on, as well as an extra bed for another child.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and each bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

For reservations in 2 Bedroom Apartment, Two-level, for period from 08.08.2024 to 12.08.2024, for stays of 4 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 130 euros per day.
Discount
For reservations in 2 Bedroom Apartment, Two-level, for period from 23.08.2024 to 31.08.2024, for stays of 8 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 130 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
