Hotel Description

Eden Villa is located outside the center of Nea Iraklitsa in a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature. The house features a fenced yard with a playground for children and private parking on site. An excellent choice for families with young children or larger groups as it can accommodate up to six people.

The town center is 3km away, while Lidl is located at 1.6km and taverns can be found at distances ranging from 1.5 to 3km.

The Saranta Beach is just 1km away.

The house (80m2) is on high ground floor and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa for two. It has a veranda overlooking the yard and a seating area.

There are three air conditioners available (one in each room), WiFi internet, TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, and a toaster. There are two bathrooms, the main bathroom has a shower with a glass partition, while the additional bathroom is located outside the house and has a shower and a washing machine.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. For stays longer than six nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels is available for guests to change themselves. Cleaning service is also available at an extra charge.

In the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard, children can actively play on the playground equipped with a slide, trampoline, and numerous toys, while adults have a built-in barbecue available in the gazebo.

Parking space is provided for guests at the property’s yard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
