Eden Villa is located approximately 3km from the center of Nea Iraklitsa, in the region of the city of Kavala, from which the accommodation is about 14km away. The nearest beach is about 900m away, while Ammolofoi beach is 9.3km away.
The closest supermarket is about 1.5km away, and taverns can be found at distances ranging from 1.5 to 3km.
This modernly equipped private house with an entrance on the high ground floor is intended to accommodate up to six people. It features two bedrooms with double beds and in the living room with kitchen there is a sofa for two.
The house is fully air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, and a toaster. There are two bathrooms available, the main bathroom has a shower with a glass partition, while the auxiliary bathroom is located outside the house and has a shower and a washing machine.
On the fenced veranda, overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard, guests can spend warm summer days.
In the spacious private yard, which is fenced and safe, children can actively play on the playground equipped with a slide, trampoline, and numerous toys. This area is designed to provide entertainment for the little ones, while adults have the opportunity to prepare barbecues.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of hygiene themselves during their stay. For stays longer than six nights, additional sets of bed linen and towels are available, and guests are responsible for changing them. A cleaning service is also available for an additional fee.
There is parking for two cars in the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
