Bohemia Villas is located in Nea Iraklitsa and offers modern and neatly furnished apartments that provide everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Nea Iraklitsa is a charming tourist destination with a sandy beach about 2,000 meters long and a small marina. The town has a traditional atmosphere, with a well-maintained promenade along the coast lined with taverns, modern bars, bakeries, pastry shops, and various stores. It is an ideal choice for a peaceful yet vibrant summer holiday.

The available apartments are maisonettes spread over two levels. On the lower level, which is at ground level, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper level, which corresponds to the first floor, there is an open loft area and a second bathroom. The bedroom on the lower level has a double bed, while the open loft on the upper level features two double beds.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available for guests.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and includes internet access, two televisions, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction cooktop, a large oven, a spacious fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

Each house has a private garden and large terraces furnished for seating and relaxation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for all bookings longer than five nights, at no extra charge.

Parking is available along the street—there is plenty of space, but a private parking spot is not guaranteed.

The accommodation is located just 250 meters from the sea, about a two-minute walk. The Masoutis supermarket is nearby.

Bohemia Villas is 7 km from Palio, 4 km from Nea Peramos, and 15 km from the city of Kavala. The nearest airport, Alexander the Great Airport in Kavala, is 50 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
