Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Bohemia Villas are two new and beautifully decorated maisonettes near the beach in Nea Iraklitsa. Can host up to 6 people.
Each house is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a large bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, has internet, a washing machine, 2 smart TVs, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. It can accommodate four adults and two children.
A cot and a high chair are available to guests.
Each house has a private garden and large verandas, equipped with furniture for sitting and enjoying.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and bed linen and towels can be provided upon request, for all bookings longer than 5 nights and this service is not charged separately.
Parking is possible along the street, there is enough space, but there is no guaranteed parking space.
Accommodation is only 400 meters from the sea, 2 minutes' walk. It is located near Masoutis supermarket.
