Accommodation description

Maria House is located in Nea Peramos, near the sandy beach. It offers two large apartments with a garden and street view. The owners are very kind and always available. Garden is nice, with outdoor seating and barbecue.

Nea Peramos city beach is 450m away and the closest grocery store and supermarket Masoutis are at 300m. The church is across the street and next to the house is school, whose playground the children can use.

The house is renovated in 2017. It offers one apartment on the ground floor and a big apartment with three bedrooms on the first floor. For 2026, only the apartment on the ground floor will be available for reservations.

The quintuple apartment (50m2) has one double bededroom and one folding sofa for two and a folding chair in the living room. There is no possibility to add an auxiliary bed. The living room has an equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, big fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. This apartment has one small balcony with a street view.

8-bed apartment (90m2) has three bedrooms with one double bed in each. Kitchen is separated and has one folding sofa bed for two children, a big fridge, mini-stove with oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. The living room has one more single sofa bed for an adult and auxiliary can be added if necessery. This apartment has two balconies, with a garden i.e. street view. This unit also has a washing machine.

Both apartments have AC, WiFi internet, TV and mosquito nets.

The owners are not cleaning the house, the guests are doing it by themselves with the cleaning products they have inside the apartment. Towels and linen for changing are in the closet. In case the guests need more linen or towels, they can just ask the owners.

There is a shower in the garden. The table with chairs and a barbecue that are in the garden are intended for the guests of the big apartment on the first floor.

Parking can be found around the streets near the house.

Maria House is a good choice for bigger families or companies looking for nice and affordable accommodation close to the beach.

This summer, we spent two weeks in a spacious apartment, in mid-July. Four adults and four children. The apartment was roomy, the kitchen excellently equipped, with two terraces upstairs and one in the garden, along with an outdoor shower and a shower in the bathroom. The only downside, at least for us, was the small bathroom and the very small shower (my husband barely managed to shower in the bathroom, ending his day with an outdoor shower every day, and a few of the children found it interesting to shower outside). On the day we arrived, there was an evening service at the church across the street dedicated to Father Paisius of Mount Athos, which lasted late into the night, and we enjoyed the beautiful chanting that evening. The occasional ringing of the bells early in the morning didn’t bother us, as we adults were already awake at that time, while the children slept through the bells every time, but for someone who enjoys sleeping in, it could be a problem. It wasn't for us. The accommodation was completely comfortable, parking was not an issue, nor was the walk to the main promenade in the evening; on the contrary, we enjoyed it. Aside from the bathroom, we have no complaints. The hosts were kind and attentive. The street was quiet and free from noise (regarding nighttime rest).

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
