Accommodation description

Maria House is an accommodation in Nea Peramos, near the sandy beach. There are two larger apartments available overlooking the courtyard and the street. The owners are very kind and at the guests’ disposal. In the courtyard, there is a seating area and a barbecue.

The beach is 450m away, and the nearest shop and Masoutis supermarket are about 300m away. The church is located across the street, and next to the accommodation, there is a school with a playground where children can play.

The accommodation was renovated in 2017. There is a family apartment on the ground floor and an apartment with three bedrooms on the first floor available. For 2026, only the ground floor apartment will be available for reservations.

The five-bed apartment (50m2) has one double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a sofa bed for two and a folding armchair. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed. The living room also has a fully equipped kitchen with a mini oven, large fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain. This apartment has a small terrace overlooking the street.

The eight-bed apartment (90m2) has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The kitchen is separate and has a sofa bed the size of a smaller double bed, a large fridge, a mini oven with a stove, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain. In the living room, there is another sofa where one adult can sleep, and an extra bed can be added if needed. The apartment has two terraces, one overlooking the courtyard and the other overlooking the street. This unit also has a washing machine.

Both apartments have air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, and mosquito nets.

The apartments are cleaned after guests’ departure. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, and cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are provided. Spare linens and towels are located in the closets, and if an additional set is needed, guests can contact the owners.

The table with chairs in the courtyard and the barbecue are intended for guests of the large apartment on the first floor. There is also an outdoor shower in the courtyard.

Guests can find parking in the nearby streets, and the owners can assist with that.

Maria House is a good choice for families or larger groups looking for quality accommodation near the beach.

This summer, we spent two weeks in a spacious apartment, in mid-July. Four adults and four children. The apartment was roomy, the kitchen excellently equipped, with two terraces upstairs and one in the garden, along with an outdoor shower and a shower in the bathroom. The only downside, at least for us, was the small bathroom and the very small shower (my husband barely managed to shower in the bathroom, ending his day with an outdoor shower every day, and a few of the children found it interesting to shower outside). On the day we arrived, there was an evening service at the church across the street dedicated to Father Paisius of Mount Athos, which lasted late into the night, and we enjoyed the beautiful chanting that evening. The occasional ringing of the bells early in the morning didn’t bother us, as we adults were already awake at that time, while the children slept through the bells every time, but for someone who enjoys sleeping in, it could be a problem. It wasn't for us. The accommodation was completely comfortable, parking was not an issue, nor was the walk to the main promenade in the evening; on the contrary, we enjoyed it. Aside from the bathroom, we have no complaints. The hosts were kind and attentive. The street was quiet and free from noise (regarding nighttime rest).

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
