Our description
Maria House is located in Nea Peramos, near the sandy beach. It offers two large apartments with a garden and street view. The owners are very kind and always available. Garden is nice, with outdoor seating and barbecue.
Nea Peramos city beach is 450m away and the closest grocery store and supermarket Masoutis are at 300m. The church is across the street and next to the house is school, whose playground the children can use.
The house is renovated in 2017. It offers one apartment on the ground floor and a big apartment with three bedrooms on the first floor.
The quintuple apartment (50m2) has one double bededroom and one folding sofa for two and a folding chair in the living room. There is no possibility to add an auxiliary bed. The living room has an equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, big fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. This apartment has one small balcony with a street view.
8-bed apartment (90m2) has three bedrooms with one double bed in each. Kitchen is separated and has one folding sofa bed for two children, a big fridge, mini-stove with oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. The living room has one more single sofa bed for an adult and auxiliary can be added if necessery. This apartment has two balconies, with a garden i.e. street view. This unit also has a washing machine.
Both apartments have WiFi internet, TV and mosquito nets.
The owners are not cleaning the house, the guests are doing it by themselves with the cleaning products they have inside the apartment. Towels and linen for changing are in the closet. In case the guests need more linen or towels, they can just ask the owners.
There is a shower in the garden. The table with chairs and a barbecue that are in the garden are intended for the guests of the big apartment on the first floor.
Parking can be found around the streets near the house.
Maria House is a good choice for bigger families or companies looking for nice and affordable accommodation close to the beach.

Owners description
Maria House is located in Nea Peramos at Agiou Nikolaou, at five minutes from the beach (around 500m). The church is opposite of the house and next to the accommodation is a school where the children can play at the playground. Also on 80-100m is a bakery and shop with fruits and vegetables, and supermarket, pastry shop, fish market and meat market. Generally, everything is at the center.
The house has two apartments, one can accommodate up to five adults, and the other one is for eight persons, ideal for two four-member families.
In apartment for five persons (50m2), there is a sofa and an armchair that extends into a single bed, and the bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is one terrace in front of the house and has a mountain and street view, mosquito nets, WiFi, TV and air-condition. The apartment is on the ground floor.
The second apartment that is on the floor has two terraces, the one in front is overlooking the road and mountain and the one behind the garden. There are three bedrooms, in each of them is one double bed. The bathroom has a shower with curtains. There are WiFi, blinds, TV and air-condition.
The owner doesn't enter the apartments during the guests' stay, unless they ask for it. There are linen and towels next on their disposal, so they can change it by themselves.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman za petoro u periodu od 13 do 16 avgusta za dolazak pa na deset nocenja

Ovog leta smo u velikom apartmanu proveli dve nedelje, sredina jula meseca je u pitanju. Četvoro odraslih i četvoro dece. Apartman prostran, kuhinja odlično opremljena, dve terase na spratu i jedna dole u bašti, tuš napolju i u kupatilu. Jedina mana, barem za nas je bilo malo kupatilo i vrlo mali tuš (muž se samo jednom tuširao u kupatilu, svaki dan je sa tušom napolju završavao dan, a bome i poneko dete (bilo im je interesantno da se napolju tuširaju). Na dan kad smo stigli je uveče u crkvi prekoputa bila služba posvećena ocu Pajsiju Svetogorcu, i trajala je do kasno u noć, pa smo te večeri bili uspavani prelepim pojanjem. Nama nije smetalo poneka zvonjava rano ujutru, jer smo mi odrasli već bili budni u to vreme, a deca su uredno zvona svaki put prespavali, ali za nekog ko voli da spava ujutru može biti problem. Nama nije bio. Smeštaj je skroz udoban, parking nam nije bio problem, ni šetnja do glavne šetačke ulice uveče, štaviše, uživali smo u tome. Osim kupatila, primedbe nemamo. Domaćini su ljubazni i na usluzi. Ulica je mirna i bez buke (što se tiče noćnog odmora).

Predivan smestaj,cisto ,uredno .U kuhinji sve sto treba,od kuvala tostera pa sve po redu.wifi odlican nikad bolji u Grckoj.Plaza na 400m,ulica pored dva ogromna marketa.Vlasnica Marija fenomenalna,i hvala joj na svemu.

Bili smo u ovom većem apartmanu na spratu. Stan je prostran, i vidi se da je sve novo i sređeno, Ima 3 velika bračna kreveta. Teoretski može 8 osoba da bude, ali 6-7 je idealan broj jer je taj 4-ti krevet na izvlačenje. Na spratu ima malu terasu prema ulici i jednu dugačku prema dvorištu sa nekoliko montiranih nosača za sušenje veša, tako da ne morate nositi svoj štrik. Sve je uredno i čisto. U kupatilu je uvek bilo dovoljno vode i dobar je pritisak. Sva vrata i prozori imaju komarnike tako da nije problem luftiranje. Iako je na spratu, nije nam trebala klima. Lokaciju sam ocenio nisko jer je crkva u blizini - bilo je ozbiljne zvonjave u nedelju i jedan dan je bila sahrana. Sve ovo je bilo prepodne, oko 8 ujutru. Ako ste navikli da ustajete rano onda nije problem. Drugo, prozori u sobama prema ulici su u nivou ulične rasvete, tako da je problem ako želite da spavate u mraku a da su otvoreni prozori. Naravno, ovo neće svakome biti problem. Vlasnici su jako ljubazni i izlaze u susret za sve što treba. Komunicirali smo preko Vibera i mobilnog bez problema. Sve u svemu, ako izuzmemo crkvenu zvonjavu ta dva dana, sve ostalo je bilo odlično.
