Hotel Description

The apartment is about 50m from the sea and 500m from the city center.

It is situated in the semi-based (two steps below the ground level). It has a separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a kitchen with a sofa bed and double bed with dimensions less than standard, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, kitchenware). In the apartment there is no A/C.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided every four days.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
