Accommodation description
Roula Apartment is located approximately 50m from the sea and 600m from the center of Nea Peramos.
The apartment is situated in the basement, two steps below the courtyard level. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and an extra folding bed for one person, a kitchen with a double bed, and a bathroom.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but guests have access to fans. As for additional equipment and amenities, the accommodation offers internet, TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer and a stove with an oven. There are two steps leading to the bathroom, which features a shower cabin with a curtain.
The apartment has a small enclosed courtyard with seating area. Pets are not allowed.
For reservations longer than 7 nights, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment, and necessary cleaning supplies are provided.
Parking can be found on the street where the accommodation is located, as well as in nearby streets.

The accommodation is across from the beach, with an excellent price-quality ratio. It looks much nicer in person, the furniture is nicer, and the owner should post new pictures.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, directly across from the beach. Nea Peramos is a beautiful place and an ideal base for exploring the nearby beaches. Although the apartment lacks air conditioning, the fans in the rooms can provide relief in every space. The overall recommendation is 9/10.
