Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The property features three two-level apartments. The entrance is on the ground floor, which houses the upper level, while the lower level, accessible via an internal staircase, is semi-basement. The upper level includes a living room and one bathroom, while the lower level consists of two bedrooms and another bathroom. The apartments can accommodate up to four adults. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two single beds.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers a cooling unit in the living room and a fan in one of the bedrooms.
