Relaxo Maisonettes is located on a hill, in a quiet part of Nea Peramos, near Kavala. It offers guests modern and well-equipped units with a sea view. It is an ideal choice for those who wish to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and enjoy a peaceful environment and breathtaking view. The nearest beach is 600m away.

There are three maisonettes available (Rhodi, Kyma and Elia) that spread over two levels. The entrance is on the ground floor, which is also the upper level of each maisonette, while the lower level is in the semi-basement, accessed by an internal staircase. The upper level features a living room and a bathroom, while the lower level houses two bedrooms and another bathroom. Each unit is designed for up to four adults. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other has two single beds.

Air conditioning is located in the living room, while one of the bedrooms has a fan. Guests have access to free WiFi, TVs, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two burners, an oven, a standard refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Both bathrooms have a shower cabin, and the entire accommodation is equipped with quality materials.

The owners, who live on the floor above, pay special attention to details to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. That’s why they also provide board games, sewing kit, first aid kit, a list of nearby doctors’ phone numbers, and more. They are always available and extremely welcoming and dedicated to their guests.

Each maisonette has a balcony with a sea view and seating area.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning, as well as towel and linen change, is done every three to four days.

The property does not have private parking, but free parking spaces can be found nearby.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
