Enastron Luxury Apartments is a beautifully appointed accommodation, located in a peaceful part of Nea Peramos, with gracious owners who are available for any inquiries. The offer includes new, high-quality, and spacious accommodation units.

Available are studios (40m2) and apartments (40m2), located in the basement and designed for two adults and two children. The studio consists of a living room with a kitchen, a room separated by a screen, and a bathroom. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two children.

Upon request, a children’s crib is available at no extra cost.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette for preparing light meals with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy the veranda and the beautifully landscaped, fenced yard, where they can relax on comfortable seating sets. There are also toys available for the youngest visitors of the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

There is no guaranteed parking provided for guests, but parking spaces can be found on the street in front of the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
