Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Enastron Luxury Apartments is located in a quiet part of the resort town of Nea Peramos, ideal for guests seeking a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. From the town itself, there is a beautiful view of the island of Thassos and Mount Athos, and their proximity makes this location an excellent starting point for exploring nearby attractions and beautiful beaches. Nea Peramos is a typical Greek seaside town with a long sandy beach, which is mostly narrow and features a gradual entrance into the water. Along the coastline, there is a promenade full of greenery, parks, cafés, and traditional taverns with pleasant gardens. The town is not overly developed for tourism, offering an authentic atmosphere and perfect conditions for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
A studio and an apartment are available, both located in the semi-basement and suitable for two adults and two children. The studio consists of a living room with a kitchen, a semi-separated sleeping area (divided by a partition), and a bathroom. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. Both units are equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two children.
