Our description
Palio Armonia House is located in the village of Palio, which is about 9km away from Kavala. Some accommodation units offer a sea view, and they are approximately 150m away from the nearest beach.
The villa was built in 2009 but has been available for rent since 2016. The property includes a maisonette with four bedrooms, two apartments on the upper floor with three bedrooms, and two apartments on the ground floor with one bedroom. In total, there are three buildings. The maisonette and the apartments on the upper floor provide a sea view.
The studio for three people features one double bed, a single sofa bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a veranda.
The maisonette (approximately 180m2) is located in a separate building and consists of four bedrooms, three double beds, two single beds, and a sofa bed. Guests have at their disposal two bathrooms, one WC, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both terraces offer views of the sea.
The three-bedroom apartments (approximately 120m2) are situated in the other two buildings on the upper floor. They include two double beds, two single beds, and a sofa bed. Each unit has two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. One terrace overlooks the sea, while the other one faces the mountains and the street.
The one-bedroom apartments (approximately 70m2) are located on the ground floor of these two buildings. They feature a double bed, two sofa beds, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a seating area in the courtyard facing the street. The bathroom does not have a shower, only tiles.
All kitchens in the units are fully equipped and include a large fridge, a stove, and a small oven.
There is no possibility to add an extra bed.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is provided every five days. If needed, guests can use the owner's washing machine free of charge.
Guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.

Ideal for families, couples or a team of friends. The house is decorated according to minimal style with spacious and cozy rooms that will ensure a pleasant stay. Air-conditioning and WiFi is provided in all areas. Stunning view of the sea and the mountain from the balcony.
A mini-market is just 50 meters away. There is also a tavern and bakery nearby.
A park is situated in the center of the village and there is frequent public transport to Kavala.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
