Our description
Casa De Rosa is very nice and modern accommodation in Svoranata village. House is surounded with spacious garden with the pool, where you can enjoy the peace and greenery.
House is 500 meters away from Ai Helis beach, supermarket is 200 meters and first restaurant 150 meters far. Supermarket has meat shop and bakery.
Accommodation offers 13 units in total, two apartments and ten superior studios in the mail building, situated on the ground, first and second floor. There is also one apartment outside the main building.
Enter to the groundfloor is semi-based (few steps under the ground floor) but the balcony from the other side is in the level with a ground floor.
Apartments have 50m2, one is in the ground floor, the other one on the first floor and they are completely the same. There is double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room (for one person or for two small kids), as well as one single bed. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. Kitchen is very well equippped and it has cooker with an oven.
Superior studios have 40m2 and they also have one double bed and sofa bed but in one space. Kitchen has two hotplates. Bathroom has shower witha curtain.
One more apartment, built for season 2023. is located in the same yard but outisde the building. It can accommodate 4 persons maximum and it has one double bed in bedroom and sofa bed in living room. When needed, an extra bed can be added.
All the units have balcony, WiFi signal, A/C, TV with satellite channels, safe box, hairdryer, mosquito nets, toaster and electric kettle.
Iron can be used upon requst. Baby cot also.
Cleaning is provided every day while changing of linen and towels is every 3 days.
Garden is very spacious, full of flowers, trees and greenery, as well with the pool and sunbeds beside the pool.
Pool is cleaned daily as there is no use of chlorine.
Parking spot is provided for all the guests and it is inside the yard.
If you need quite and good quality accommodation, Casa De Rosa is a good choice.

Owners description
We are a family owned business with experience in tourism and hospitality. We started operating in 1976 with Oskars Restaurant and later Oskars Studios & Apartments in Lassi Kefalonia.
Built and completed at Svoronata Kefalonia in 2019, Casa De Rosa consists of 10 superior studios, 2 apartments and, 1 one-bedroom mini villa. All spacious, airy and fully equipped. Set amidst a 5 acres olive grove surrounded by peaceful landscape, they feature a pool with a non-chemical eco cleaning system.
Within 200 meters there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and car & motorbike rentals. Avithos, Ammes, Agia Pelagia, Spasmata, Megali Ammos and Eglina beaches are within easy reach by foot or by car, while the nearest well-known fully organized beach of Ai Helis is only 500 meters away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pravo mesto za odmor. Mir,tisina . Apartman prostran ,ciscenje svakodnevno kako apartmana tako i bazena. Domacin odlican za svaku preporuku. Docekao nas, sve nam objasnio . Dao nam mapu Kefalonije , sa preporukama sta obici i videti. Zaista za svaku pohvalu.

Savršen smeštaj, mir , tišina . Parkinga dovoljno. Super dočekani, dobili mapu i preporuke šta obići. Bazen se čisti svaki dan kao i sami apartmani.
