The property offers a total of six accommodation units, four of which are studios (35m²) and two apartments (55m²) that can accommodate up to four people. The accommodation units are located on the ground floor and first floor, beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. Each unit features a double bed and two single beds.

The property is equipped with air conditioning, TV, free wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a hairdryer.

The courtyard is a true little sanctuary of peace, surrounded by greenery and carefully landscaped, with seating furniture that provides guests with a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment outdoors.

Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen change is done every four days. Depending on the length of stay, the change may be more frequent.

Guests also have access to a private parking space, but it is important to note that the street leading to the property is somewhat narrow, so a little more attention is needed when arriving.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
