Description
Villa Milia 2 is situated on a cliff above Agios Nikitas, approximately 2km from the town beach, about 2.5km from Milos beach, and around 2km from Kathisma beach. It offers apartments that can accommodate 4-6 persons. Guests have access to parking, as well as a pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a view of the sea and Milos beach.
The nearest store and bakery can be found in Agios Nikitas.
Villa Milia 2 offers three apartments - two quadruple apartments (40m2) with one double and two single beds; and one six-bed apartment with a sea view (60m2), featuring one double, two single beds, and a sofa bed.
The apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, wireless internet, a kitchen with a standard or mini stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a terrace, and a bathroom.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towel change is done every fourth day of the stay.
The property has private parking available for all guests.
Villa Milia 2 is perfect for travelers who wish to spend their vacation enjoying the view of the Ionian Sea and Milos beach, and do not mind a slightly greater distance from the town center and the beach.
Milia 2 is located above Milos beach, but there is no road leading to it, not even a path due to the rugged terrain.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Very nice and good equipped apartment with a beautiful panoramic view! The house lord is a very pleasant man, we had a good experience with. The apartment downstairs is modest and less appropriate for family with kids. The swimming pool is fantastic!
