** Liogerma Apartments are located about 2.5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. It has four-bed apartments and six-bed duplex apartments. Guests can use the beautifully landscaped courtyard with seating kits, shared barbecue and swimming pool with parasols and deck chairs. There is a private covered parking area for each vehicle. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. **
The property is about 3.5km away from the center of Agios Nikitas.
Liogerma Apartments consists of two identical houses and each has one six-bed duplex, measuring about 60m2 and one four-bed apartment (60m2).
The six-bed duplex apartments have a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
The four-bed apartment has a double bed in one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
If available, the whole house can be rented for 10 people or the whole building for up to 20 people.
All units have air conditioning, a television, a large kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day while cleaning is done daily.
Liogerma Apartments is an ideal choice for all travelers who want luxury accommodation with excellent service and are willing to agree to a slightly higher price of accommodation.

Owners description
Liogerma Villas are designed to provide you with everything you might need.
Entering the villas the first thing you see is a beautiful view of the well know sea Kathisma with a great sunset combined with cliffs fulled of green.
After entering the main door you will find a small road. This road will lead you to our roofed parking.
In the middle level there are our facilities, two big houses with two levels each. The first level consist of a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room full equipped. It can accommodate up to four people.
The second level is a bit bigger and it consist of two bedrooms(in each bedroom there is a TV), two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room full equipped (there is a sofa which can be a single bed).
There is also a loft with a sofa which can be a double-bed too. It can accommodate up to seven people.
They all have independent access, LCD television with a satellite link and DVD player, air condition, heating, large patios, barbecue, parking, and enough Environs.
There is also a swimming pool for kids and adults, sunbeds and a bar.
Our facilities are only three kilometers away from the well-known beach Kathisma and from the traditional village of St. Nikita, in which one can find what is needed, while the city of Lefkada is about fourteen kilometers away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

This was our second visit to Liogerma, and as prevous time it was just perfect. The apartmamts are located on the best place in Lefkada, on the west coast of island- where you can enjoy the perfect sunset every day. The rooms are very clean, comfort, and the yard is fantastic - you have privacy whenever you want, no matter who many guests are there. Our hosts are fantastic, very helpful and cheerful. Recommendation for families , or couples or frineds- for everyboudy who wants to enjoy the peace and comfort.
