The offer includes four four-bed apartments and one five-bed apartment.

The four-bed apartments are located on the ground floor and the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. They consist of a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a queen size bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

The five-bed apartment is located on the ground floor and is intended for a maximum of three adults and two children. One bedroom has a queen size bed, while the other bedroom includes a single bed and bunk beds.

A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with two hobs, a standard refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. A small oven is available in some apartments. A hairdryer is also available for guests upon request at the reception.

Cleaning is carried out daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Guests have access to a large courtyard with natural shade, as well as umbrellas, sunbeds, tables, chairs, and an outdoor shower, located just above the beach in the village of Agios Nikitas.

There is no private parking, but all guests can park free of charge in public parking areas above the level of the main street, as well as along the main street itself, before entering the pedestrian zones of the village.

After entering Agios Nikitas, continue along the main street to the beach, then turn left, and after 30 meters you will see Fetsis Apartments on the left side.

Fetsis Apartments is an ideal choice for those who want to stay in an apartment located directly on the beach, and guests also have access to a double kayak.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
