Fetsis Apartments is the accommodation on probably the best location in Agios Nikitas, on the beach in the city center. It has four bed apartments. Guests can use certain number of deck chairs and beach umbrellas. The nearest grocery store and bakery are 50m away.

There are four quadruple apartments and one five-bed apartment available.

The quadruple apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. They consist of a living room with kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedrooms have either one double bed or two joined single beds, while the living room has two single beds.

The five-bed apartment is located on the ground floor and is intended for a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children. It is equipped with one double bed, one single bed, and a bunk bed.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with two hot plates, a standard refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. A small oven is available in some apartments. A hairdryer is also available at the reception upon request.

Cleaning is provided every other day, while bed linen is changed every fourth day. Towels are not provided.

Guests can use a small courtyard with direct access to the town beach, as well as several sun umbrellas and sunbeds.

There is no parking, which is generally one of the main issues throughout Agios Nikitas.

After entering Agios Nikitas, continue along the main street to the beach, then turn left, and after 30 meters you will see Fetsis Apartments on the left-hand side.

Fetsis Apartments is an ideal choice for families for whom a perfect location is the most important factor. The accommodation is modest and not new, but the fact that it has a courtyard with direct access to the beach and the high demand partially justify its price.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
