Accommodation description

Pantazis studios is located in the center of Agios Nikitas, on the main pedestrian walkway, at 60m from the sea. Accommodation offers studios for 3 peoples. It’s good quality accommodation on great location.

The nearest bakery and shop are at about 20m.

It has 10 three-bed studios (25m2) with one french and single bed.

The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two rings, fridge with a freezer compartment, electric kettle and a toaster, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea.

Bed linen is replaced every fourth day, towels every second day, while cleaning is performed every day.

Private parking is not available and it’s not possible to park a vehicle near the villa. Public parking is at about 250m.

There’s no reception desk, but the owners live in a villa and they’re available to guests throughout the stay.

Pantazis Studios is an ideal choice for all travellers looking for a quality accommodation in a prime location.

The only disadvantage is parking space because the house is located in the center, in a very tight street, so parking is possible only in the public parking at the beginning of the promenade.

Agios Nikitas is a beautiful place. Regarding accommodation, the hosts are friendly and always at your service, and cleaning is done daily. Everything is perfect.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
