Our description
Pantazis studios is located in the center of Agios Nikitas, on the main pedestrian walkway, at 60m from the sea. Accommodation offers studios for 3 peoples. It's good quality accommodation on great location.
The nearest bakery and shop are at about 20m.
It has 10 three-bed studios (25m2) with one french and single bed.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two rings, fridge with a freezer compartment, electric kettle and a toaster, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Bed linen is replaced every fourth day, towels every second day, while cleaning is performed every day.
Private parking is not available and it's not possible to park a vehicle near the villa. Public parking is at about 250m.
There's no reception desk, but the owners live in a villa and they're available to guests throughout the stay.
After you enter Agios Nikitas, continue about 200m towards the beach while on the right you do not come to the gate of Pantazis Studios, exactly across the road from pastry shop Elena.
Pantazis Studios is an ideal choice for all travellers looking for a quality accommodation in a prime location.
The only disadvantage is parking space because the house is located in the center, in a very tight street, so parking is possible only in the public parking at the beginning of the promenade.

Owners description
Our apartments, under the district title Pantazis Studios, are located in Agios Nikitas on the island of Lefkada. A unique settlement on the beautiful west coast next to the famous idyllic beaches of Langada-Pefkoulia, Milos, Kathisma, Egremni and Porto Katsiki.
Agios Nikitas featured from the country's culture ministry as a traditional village retains the basic architecture of a particular colour and unique character. It lies 12km from the island's capital.
The complex has 12 spacious (double and triple) apartments. Located in the center of the village in a quiet setting, just 50 metres from the beach of Agios Nikitas. Large private balconies provide wonderful panoramic views of the Ionian sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobili smo vise nego sto smo ocekivali. Smestaj je lepsi uzivo nego na slikama. Gazdarica je skoro preuzela posao i vrlo je usluzna, ljubazna, perfektno govori Engleski. Sve je cisto, kvalitetno i klasicno. Pogled fenomenalan. Svaka preporuka a mana ima malo i vrlo su subjektivne.

Agios Nikitas je prelepo mesto. Sto se tice smestaja,domacini ljubazni i uvek na usluzi,ciscenje se obavlja svakodnevno,sve je super.

Ako ikada opet posetimo Lefkadu, sigurno da necemo menjati domacine. Sve je bilo savrseno. Aparmani su prostrani, veoma cisti, imaju sve sto vam je neophodno. Peskiri se menjaju svakog drugog dana, posteljina cetvrtog, a apartmani se ciste svakog dana. Terasa je bila prelepa, prostrana, sa pogledom na more. Dvoriste je sigurno najlepse u Agios Nikitasu.
