Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Artemis Pension is located in the settlement of Kariotes, in a tranquil environment, and is a good choice for guests who value proximity to the main city. The pension offers studios that can accommodate 2-3 persons. Guests have access to private parking, wireless internet, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Artemis Pension is situated approximately 900m from the sea and the beach, 150m from the village center, 900m from Ligia, and about 2.5km from Lefkada.
The offer includes double studios (18m2) with one queen bed or two joined single beds, as well as triple studios (24m2) each with one queen and single bed.
All accommodation units are located on the first and second floor and feature air conditioning, television, equipped kitchenette (stove and fridge with freezer), bathroom, mosquito nets, and a terrace.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every third day.
The property has private parking.
In the exceptionally landscaped courtyard surrounded by colorful flowers and palm trees, you will find natural shade.
