Description
Artemis Pension is located in the settlement of Kariotes, in a peaceful environment, and is a good choice for guests who value proximity to the main city. The guesthouse offers studios that can accommodate 2-3 people. Guests have access to private parking, wireless internet, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Artemis Pension is about 900m away from the sea and the beach, 150m from the center of the settlement, 900m from Ligia, and about 2.5km from Lefkas.
The offer includes double studios (20-28m2) with one double bed or two single beds pushed together, as well as triple studios (28m2) with one double and one single bed.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (stove and fridge with a freezer compartment), bathroom, mosquito nets, and a terrace.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every third day.
To reach the villa, enter Kariotes from the direction of Lefkas, and right at the Kariotes Beach campsite, turn right. Continue for 100m until you come across the courtyard of the villa on the left side.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
