Artemis Pension is about 900m from the sea and beach, 150m from the center of the village, 900m from Ligia and about 2.5km from Lefkas.
We offer two-bed studios (20-25m2) with one double bed, and three-bed studios (28m2) with one double and single bed each.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, a television, an equipped kitchenette (stove and fridge with chamber), a bathroom, mosquito nets and a terrace.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels change are provided every third day of the stay.

Owner description
Artemis Pension is located in the beautiful seaside village of Karyotes, on Lefkada island. It's built in a large lush-green garden filled with flowers and palm trees. It's at 2,5km from Lefkas and 15km from cosmopolitan Nidri. The complex offers its guests 10 double studios (18m2) with one double or two single beds and three triple studios (24m2) with one double and a single bed.
All the rooms are fully equipped and have an A/C, WC with shower, kitchenette with all necessary appliances, fridge, TV, internet access and balcony with a beautiful sea view.
Facilities: WiFi internet, reception, patio, garden, volleyball court, barbecue, parking (free), daily maid service, replacement of bed linen every four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ovog leta smo boravili u dvokrevetnom studiju ove vile u periodu od 18-25.7. Studiji nisu veliki ali nisu ni skučeni, realno, mi nismo ni imali potrebe za nekim većim komforom, pogotovu što su terase dovoljno prostrane. Terase svih studija su okrenute prema moru ali se ono gotovo ne vidi, zbog udaljenosti objekta od istog. Ta udaljenost je svakako za nas bila najveća mana, jer mesto tačnije selo Kariotes nema svoju plažu, ali je spojeno sa Ligijom, koja ima lepu malu luku, lošu plažu sa velikim hladom, par marketa, pekara i nekoliko zanimljivih taverni na samom šetalištu i glavnoj ulici. Od vile do te prve plaže ima oko 2 km, a prva lepša je u Nikijani, koja je i malo veće mesto sa malo više sadržaja. Ako se gleda lokacija vile u odnosu na druga mesta na Lefkadi i plaže, onda je u tom smislu na vrlo dobrom mestu. Lefkada je na oko 2 km od nje, a samim tim ste najbliže moguće zapadnoj obali, a da niste smešteni na njoj, a ni Nidri nije daleko oko 15 km, kao i ostatak istočne obale. Kupatilo je korektno, kuhinja je mimimalistička sa malo posuđa, ali su zato vlasnici izuzetno ljubazni, predusretljivi i deluje da su dobri ljudi. Studio je čišćen svaki dan, a kada smo došli čekala nas je boca vina i dva mala soka, u međuvremenu nas je po dolasku sa plaže čekalo iznenađenje u obliku dva parčeta kolača, dok smo pred sam polazak dobili bocu maslinovog ulja zajedno sa nekim slakišima. Ovako nešto do sada nismo doživeli. Wifi je radio korektno a tv je mali sa grčkim kanalima, tako da ga nismo koristili. Sve u svemu, zadovoljni smo, jer mane koje smeštaj ima, nisu nam mnogo smetale, jer smo mi ionako bili spremni za obilazak ostrva autom i odlazak na plažu istim.
