Polyxeni Apartments is situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves. This is a fine accommodation that offers everything necessary for a delightful vacation. It is conveniently close to the city events. Guests have at their disposal comfortable apartments for two to four persons, equipped with complimentary wireless internet, private parking, and a built-in barbecue.

The city center (Agios Minas square) is approximately 600 meters away, so guests can easily reach it on foot. Local buses heading to the village of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach pass about 250 meters from the villa. The nearest bakery and grocery store are located 450 meters away.

Polyxeni Apartments features apartments for two to four people, arranged on the ground floor and first floor. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed spacious enough for two adults.

All apartments are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (small stove with oven, large refrigerator), dining area, bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the sea or the courtyard. The shared laundry machine is placed where the barbecue is located.

Daily cleaning of the apartments is provided, with towel and linen replacement every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
