** Polyxeni Apartments are located in a quiet place, surrounded by olive groves. This is good accommodation and offers everything you need for a nice holiday. It's close to city events. It offers comfortable apartments for 2-4 people, with free Wi-Fi, private parking and a barbecue. **
The city center (Agios Minas Square) is about 600 meters away, so guests can easily reach it on foot. Local buses to Agios Nikitas Village and Kathisma Beach are about 250 meters away.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are 450 meters away.
Polyxeni Apartments contains apartments for two to four people.
The bedroom has a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed, spacious enough for two adults.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, large fridge), dining room, bathroom, as well as a terrace overlooking the sea or the yard.
All apartments have TV and air conditioning.
The washing machine is common and is located on the grill.

Nestled in quiet surroundings in the magnificent island of Lefkada with its heavenly beaches the newly constructed complex of apartments Polyxeni Apartments is located 2km from the nearest beach and 600 meters from Lefkas city center.
The apartment can accommodate two adults comfortably in the sleeping room and two adults comfortably in the sofa-double bed in the kitchen room. It is fully equipped (air condition, private bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, digital TV, free WiFi and free private parking). The cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and excellent service in a family environment are some of the reasons to spend unforgettable holidays.

You have access to all areas of the apartment. A washing machine (shared) is also available in the same place where the barbecue area is located.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city of Lefkada, surrounded by perennial olive trees. The neighborhood is quiet and looks more like a village than city. Nevertheless the city center (square of Agios Minas) is about 600 meters giving the opportunity to the visitor to go on foot easily and quickly.
Local buses that go to the village of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach, passes by way of the apartment and the nearest station is about 200 meters away from the apartment. (bus schedules vary during the summer season so ask me to let you know). Free private parking in front of the apartment.
In the summer period, parking in the city is exceptional difficult (due to the large number of visitors) and i recommend our guests to visit the city on foot. It's the easiest, fastest and more economical way to see the attractions of Lefkada town.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman lep i cist, ima sve sto je potrebno. Internet sasvim ok. Parking mesta uvek ima i u spicu sezone, sto je sjajno jer drugi smestaji su u problemu sa guzvom. Iako je vila uz glavni put koji vodi s jedne strane DIREKTNO prema samom centru i pravo izbija na pocetak setalista za oko 500m, a sa druge strane prema Agios Nikitasu i Katizmi, vila je taman toliko pomerena od glavne ulice, da do nje ne dopire nikakva buka. Vlasnik je jako ljubazan i daje sve potrebne informacije o ostrvu, radnjama, svemu otrebnom... Posteljina je menjana svaki 3.dan, a pitao je da, ako zatreba moze i na 2.dan. Ko je kolima na Lefkadi, nema boljeg smestaja u Lefkasu od ovog, potpisujem. Slican je jedino KOHILI smestaj koji je u istoj ulici, oko 100m blizi centru, sa ok parkingom, ali nijansu losijeg kvaliteta i nivoa buke koja dopire sa ulice od POLYXENI vile. Odličan apartman,dobro opremljen.Lokacija je dobra kao polazna tačka za obilazak svih plaža,a na deset minuta šetnje od centra Lefkasa.Vlasnik apartmana je vrlo ljubazan i stoji na raspolaganju za sve informacije.Sve preporuke za Polyxeni apartman.

Apartman Polyxeni je veoma komforan apartman,enterijer je solidan,krevet je udoban za spavanje.Nalazi se na dobroj lokacije,na nekoi 10 min pesice do centra grada,a istovremeno je i na put za Tsoukolades,odnosno za prelepe plaze (Kathisma,Egremni,Porto Katsiki, i.t.d) koji se nalaze na zapadnoj strani na Lefkadi.Apartman ima obezbedjen parking,vlasnik apartmana Kosta je jako ljubezan covek,i svakako kad kod da odem na Lefkadi ,prva opcija bi bila Polyxeni apartman.

Opšti utisak je odličan, ako posmatramo kvalitet apartmana. Nedostajao nam je direktan kontakt sa vlasnikom, koga nije bilo u kući. Volimo žive kontakte, ostavljaju utisak prisnosni i dobrodošlice.
