Polyxeni Apartments is situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves. This is a fine accommodation that offers everything necessary for a delightful vacation. It is conveniently close to the city events. Guests have at their disposal comfortable apartments for two to four persons, equipped with complimentary wireless internet, private parking, and a built-in barbecue.

The city center (Agios Minas square) is approximately 600 meters away, so guests can easily reach it on foot. Local buses heading to the village of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach pass about 250 meters from the villa. The nearest bakery and grocery store are located 450 meters away.

There is one triple apartment and two quadruple apartments available. They are located on the first floor and consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedrooms feature a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person in the triple apartment, and a sofa for two people in the quadruple apartments.

A baby cot is available upon request, included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two hobs, a small oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

All apartments are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, large refrigerator), dining area, bathroom, and a terrace with either sea or courtyard view. A shared washing machine is available in the barbecue area.

Apartments are cleaned daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
