Our description
Nikoleta villa is located in Apolpena, near Lefkas. It is a fully equipped, modern two-level house and it is ideal for families or group of up to six peoples who want privacy on their vacation.
The house is about 2 km from Lefkas and 3 km from Agios Ioannis Beach.
It is built on a hill overlooking Lefkas and the sea.
The living room, dining room and kitchen form one area and they are on the lower level.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped - it has a fridge, stove, oven, other appliances and kitchenware. There is also a dining table with chairs.
A sofa, table, big TV and fireplace are in the living room. From the living room you exit on a large terrace.
The internal stairs lead to the upper level where there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. All three rooms have a private bathroom and a large terrace.
Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning are provided.
The house also has a swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols. Guest parking is also provided.
We recommend this accommodation to families and group of people who like more modern homes, which are a good starting point for visiting the most popular beaches in Lefkada.

Owners description
Just 2km from the city of Lefkada stretches from the olive grove city to the picturesque foothills, the village of Apolpena, probably the name of the village is connected with the cult in ancient times, of "the healing-Healer" Apollo.
In Apolpena west of the village just before St. John's beach (Ionian Sea) there is a cave rich in stalactites, but yet untapped, idyllic place for walking and recreation.
The administrative boundaries of Apolpena is the monastery of Odigitria built in the mid 15th century by the Palaiologina. Is very elaborate masonry and iconography is considered a rare example of Byzantine and Illyrian painting composition. The detached images kept in the Byzantine Museum of Athens where exposed.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
