Our description
Villagio Bungalows-Studios is located in Ai Giannis, near Lefkas. It offers Wi-Fi, private parking, a spacious and nicely landscaped courtyard of approximately 1.6 Ha, a children’s playground, grassy pitch for football (5x5), a swimming pool and a shared barbecue with seating and dining area.
Accommodation is located 450m from the beach. The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away.
The accommodation is bungalow type and all accommodation units are located on the ground floor. It consists of four-bed apartments of 35m2, with a double bed in the bedroom and bunk bed or a large sofa bed in the kitchen area, as well as of three-bed studios, 26m2, with one double and one single bed.
All units have air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen (some units have large stoves and refrigerators, while some have stoves with an oven and a small refrigerator with a chamber), mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer and veranda.
The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.
Bed linen and towels are changed every fourth, and cleaning is done every day.
Accommodation is reached by entering Lefkada and turning right after the bridge, passing the promenade and at the open theater turning right towards Ai Giannis Beach. Drive about 1.5km until you come across parking of this accommodation on the left.
Villagio Bungalows-Studios is an ideal accommodation for couples and families looking for quality accommodation in a good location, not far from the island’s capital city at good prices. It is especially suitable for families with young children, primarily because of the very spacious yard and swimming pool.

Villagio Complex is located in a lush green area of 16,000 sqm with lawn, flowers, palm trees and other vegetation. It consists of 9 buildings with rooms to rent, bungalows and studios in Agios Ioannis, a wonderful beach on the northern side of Lefkada.

Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
