Within this accommodation, there are three two-bed studios and three one-bedroom apartments, distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors, which can accommodate from two to a maximum of four adults. The studios have one double bed and one sofa for two people, while the apartments have one double bed in both the bedroom and the living room. The beds are equipped with COCOMAT sleeping systems, designed to ensure a peaceful and healthy sleep.
The air-conditioned accommodation units are equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for and make it feel like a home away from home. Guests have access to free WiFi, flat screen TV, safety deposit box, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bathroom with free toiletries and care products, and fully equipped kitchen with stove with four ceramic hotplates and large oven only in studios, while apartments equipped with a two-hotplates ceramic stove and no oven, a large fridge with freezer in the studios and a standard fridge with freezer chamber in the apartments, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
