Liotrivi Studios is a lodging situated in an exceptional location, just a 2-minute walk from the main promenade, which can be regarded as the center of Vasilikija. Our studio was located on the second floor, and the view from the terrace overlooking the sea is incredibly beautiful, akin to a "million-dollar view." The surroundings are tranquil and provide a safe environment for evening relaxation. Cleaning was performed daily, while linen and towel changes occurred every 5 days. The double bed was extremely comfortable, thanks to the new, excellent mattress that was recently installed. The owner of the accommodation is very kind, always available when we needed assistance. Parking in front of the accommodation is provided for all guests. In our studio, we enjoyed maximum WiFi signal strength, and the internet functioned excellently. If we find ourselves in Vasilikija again, this accommodation will be our choice.

I find it utterly unbelievable that during our seven-night stay, they did not change the towels even once. I don’t consider myself a demanding person, but come on, they didn’t change the bedding, nor the towels!? It’s outrageous!!! They could invest a little effort to tidy up the bathroom. The location is fantastic.

A spacious apartment with a vast terrace. Clean and tidy.

The apartment is spacious, perfect for the five of us. The view of the sea is magnificent, and the location is excellent. A woman cleans it every day, and on the fifth day, she changes the bedding and towels. She is kind and pleasant, and although she doesn't speak English, we can communicate easily. We are very satisfied.

The owner is courteous and always at your service. The rooms are regularly cleaned. The accommodation is located just a few minutes' walk from the city promenade. There is always ample parking space available for all guests.

The owner of Hotel Liotrivi is an exceedingly unpleasant man, lacking even basic knowledge of the English language and culture, with a dreadful need to be informed daily about the state of the apartment, either through his own presence or that of the housekeeper. The housekeeper would enter the already locked apartment every day using her key, regardless of whether we were present or not. Without hesitation, she would move items from the table and stove in my presence, explaining how the stove should be used. Regarding the bathroom, they checked and insisted that the floor should never be wet. Each day upon returning to the apartment, we encountered changes in the refrigerator's temperature regulation, as well as rearranged items and chairs. Our stay was devoid of any privacy, compounded by a lack of hot water and weak Wi-Fi. We will certainly never return there again.

A magnificent location, close to the beaches and the village. Nikos is very friendly and always ready to help. Cleaning is done regularly, and the linen is also replaced. I think we will return!

The LioTrivi apartment offers a commendable balance between price and quality. Accessing the accommodation is straightforward by car, and there are ample free parking spaces available for guests. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to the large city beach, while the smaller beaches, of which there are three, can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes. The smaller beaches are significantly more beautiful, and the water is cleaner compared to the large beach, where one often encounters crowds. The bathroom is small, old, and not adequately clean, with the shower curtain missing. The beds are comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning is provided free of charge. The city promenade is just 2 minutes away from the accommodation, and the nearest market is about 3-4 minutes away. A large market with a wide selection and competitive prices is located a few kilometers away but is on the route leading to Portokaciki and Egremni beaches.

Accommodation with a stunning view. All rooms have a direct sea view. It is located in the most beautiful part of Vasiliki, on a quiet street parallel to the main one, just 2 minutes from the promenade and the finest restaurants. Private parking is available in front of the accommodation, with ample space for all guests. It is a 5-minute walk to the large main beach on one side and, on the other, are two charming small coves with crystal-clear water. It is 20-40 minutes by car from all the popular beaches on the western coast.

We stayed at the accommodation from July 25th to August 4th, 2023, in an apartment with two bedrooms. The accommodation was solid, cleaning was done every other day, and the bedding was changed halfway through our stay. The owner was exceptionally kind. The view of the sea was beautiful, and it was just a few minutes from the center, yet it was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The only drawback is that the fifth bed is located in the kitchen, where the air conditioning unit is, which might be bothersome for some! For those who find it important, the WIFI was perfectly fine throughout our stay!

It was agreed via email to reserve a six-person apartment from the photo, as its view is phenomenal. The only difference from the photo was that it had a window and a shower in the bathroom, while the other had a bathtub, and we emphasized that it was the apartment with a shower. When we arrived, the ground-floor apartment also had a shower and looked like ours, while the landlord explained that there were no changes, that everything was full, and that this was our apartment. This is the only apartment that, besides the huge terrace, does not have a sea view except from one corner, as it is located right in front of the houses. We gave up the view, but the apartment was truly spacious. The bathroom was nice, we didn't really use the kitchen; pots, pans, and a strainer were all terribly dirty and neglected. The terrace was large. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the mattresses felt like stones.

The accommodation was good, though I must mention that the internet connection was rather weak.

We have just returned, having been accommodated in Liotriva, an apartment with two bedrooms. Unfortunately, we encountered numerous issues with the apartment: the smell of diesel fuel permeated the bathroom due to a generator in the basement that heats the water. We endured ten days in this unpleasant environment, hoping the amounts of fuel were minimal. The kitchen was severely lacking in equipment (only three glasses, a little cutlery, a few plates...), which is unacceptable for an apartment that accommodates six people. There was no internet access in the apartment, only on the terrace, and only when guests were at the beach or sleeping. The apartment was not clean at all, and the refrigerator barely cooled. At a price of 1160 euros for the period from August 19 to August 29, this experience was not worth it at all! I will never go there again!

We vacationed in a duplex from September 1st to September 10th. The owner was excellent, the rooms were clean, towels were changed regularly, bed linens were washed, and the rooms were tidily arranged. The view was phenomenal, and the location was exceptionally good. Highly recommended for this accommodation.

Close to the main promenade, this property features its own parking, although it lacks shade. The view is excellent, overlooking the sea and the entire town. The furniture, kitchen, and bathroom are somewhat dated, yet everything was clean and functional. The kitchen is poorly equipped, missing a sponge and dishcloth. The bathroom is small but tidy. There was always hot water, but a shower curtain is lacking, causing water to spill onto the floor during showers, and there is no cloth to wipe it up. A small TV with a few Greek channels, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t need it anyway. The WiFi has a good signal but poor bandwidth. When everyone is using it, the connection drops, but it suffices for communication, Viber, browsing, Google Maps... The terrace is small and not separated from the other terraces. Neighbors are just a meter away, which is very unpleasant as you lack privacy. We hung spare linens on the left and right sides to create a barrier from the neighbors. The air conditioning is free. There were no mosquitoes; we literally saw two mosquitoes throughout our entire vacation. Occasionally, a wasp would appear while dining on the terrace. We hardly saw the landlord; he welcomed us and then left, not returning again. The day before our departure, he merely asked when we would be leaving the room. They changed our towels and linens after the fifth night, but did not change them again, even though we stayed for 11 nights. Vasiliki is a charming little town. It has a small but lovely promenade with shops and restaurants. The town square is decent, long, and wide. There’s no crowd even in August. It’s good for kids as it is shallow for at least 200m and has fine sand. The location is good for visiting other beaches. Towards Nidri, there are several good beaches: Agiofili, Amousso, Desimi. Near Nidri, there is an interesting waterfall that is worth seeing. You can swim there, but the water is icy. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to reach the beaches on the western coast, depending on which one you choose, but each is worth seeing. They are fantastic. You can only reach Egremni by boat. Nidri Star offers a tour of Egremni, Porto Katsiki, Kefalonia, Ithaca for 20 euros for adults, and children go free. Very nice. The tour lasts from 10 AM to 7 PM. Vasiliki is a spot for surfers. The wind blows every day. For 65 euros, you get a short surfing lesson and a board with a sail for the whole day. When you get tired of surfing, you can swap the board for a kayak and spend the whole day that way. Overall, Liotrivi is a solid accommodation.

Our family of five spent nine days in a six-bed apartment on the high ground floor (children aged 6, 7, and 9). The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, but... be sure to bring trulex, a sponge, and detergent. The mattresses are catastrophically thin and uncomfortable; even the children noticed this immediately, so if anyone has back problems - definitely not recommended. This is the only complaint. The owner is quite decent. Staying during this period and in this accommodation is a true vacation for families with children, as we already had a lot of neighbors and noise from the house next to ours until three in the morning on July 1st and 2nd - it felt like they were in our bed. Meanwhile, we go to bed quite late and do not require perfect silence. A recommendation for families with younger children - Ammoussa beach. The sunbeds are comfortable, the water is clean and warm, and the restaurant is perfect. The view is wonderful from all the terraces, except ours, which was partially blocked by the neighboring house, but we ignored that. All in all - quite decent accommodation, both in terms of content and location. Lefkada is beautiful, large, almost mosquito-free, with slightly higher prices and inaccessible beaches, but with unreal colors of the sea.

In our opinion, Vasiliki is the best-positioned location on the island. All praise goes to the host, who was always there whenever we had questions regarding the roads on the island, shops, and the beach. He is not one to be intrusive, and even the women who manage the apartments are not bothersome and perform their duties flawlessly. We only saw them a few times. Vasiliki particularly impressed us with its cooler mornings and evenings. The rooms are decent and equipped with everything necessary. You can always find parking in the courtyard. The apartment featured two balconies, one of which was exceptionally spacious, offering a stunning view. It included two bedrooms (the beds were relatively new but not particularly comfortable) and a living room that was combined with the kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped, but do remember to bring your own sponge and cleaning supplies. :) There was only one bathroom, and it did not have a separate toilet, which could pose a challenge for accommodating 5-6 people. Consequently, there were three air conditioners, but only one was functional. Nevertheless, everything was impeccably clean, and we highly recommend Liotrivi. If I ever return to Vasiliki, we certainly know where to stay.

I stayed with friends at the accommodation in mid-July. We rented two identical apartments on the upper floor with a view of the sea. The view of the bay while enjoying the first morning coffee is the most beautiful memory I will have of this villa. I believe it has the best location in Vasiliki. It is important to mention that there is always enough parking available, as there are two spots below the villa. Anyone arriving by car will quickly realize that parking is a problem throughout the island. I have no complaints about the amenities; air conditioning is available, and cleaning is done regularly. The owner speaks little English, which I find disappointing. The internet was poor, even after our complaints and his attempts to replace the router. Generally, the internet on the island is bad wherever we went. Everything is close by; the promenade and the street with shops are just below, a 2-minute walk away.
