Hotel Description

Liotrivi Studios is located in the center of Vasiliki, about 80m from the sea and marina, about 400m from the small beach (sandy-pebble) and about 250m from main beach (pebble). It has studios and apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people. All accommodation units have a terrace overlooking the sea, parking is provided for guests, and pets are allowed.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 30m away.

Liotrivi Studios consists of two six-bed apartments of approximately 60m2, with a double bed in both bedrooms and a sofa bed (with standard mattress dimensions). It also has five triple studios of 20m2, with double and single beds. One of the studios has the possibility of adding an extra bed (metal construction with a slightly thinner mattress).

All accommodation units have air conditioning, wireless internet, a TV, a kitchen (two hotplates and a small fridge with a chamber), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.

Housekeeping is provided daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.

Private parking is available for all guests.

The owners live in the house across the street and are available to guests for any information or assistance.

Liotrivi Studios is a solid accommodation, in a good location, with great prices. It is located near the promenade, where tables of restaurants, taverns, bars and fast food restaurants are lined up along the sea.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
