Our description
Liotrivi Studios is located in the center of Vasiliki, about 80m from the sea and marina, about 400m from the small beach (sandy-pebble) and about 250m from main beach (pebble).
It has studios and apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people. All accommodation units have a terrace overlooking the sea, parking is provided for guests, and pets are allowed.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 30m away.
Liotrivi Studios consists of two six-bed apartments of approximately 60m2, with a double bed in both bedrooms and a sofa bed (with standard mattress dimensions).
It also has five triple studios of 20m2, with double and single beds. One of the studios has the possibility of adding an extra bed (metal construction with a slightly thinner mattress).
All accommodation units have air conditioning, wireless internet, a TV, a kitchen (two hotplates and a small fridge with a chamber), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Housekeeping is provided daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.
Private parking is available for all guests.
The owners live in the house across the street and are available to guests for any information or assistance.
Liotrivi Studios is a solid accommodation, in a good location, with great prices. It is located near the promenade, where tables of restaurants, taverns, bars and fast food restaurants are lined up along the sea.

Owners description
The bright, modern air conditioned Liotrivi studios and apartments are situated right in the middle of Vasiliki, about 50 meters from the lovely harbor. They are just a few minutes walk from the beach, and right beside all the shops, bars and restaurants. It is a family run business operating under the specifications of the Greek Tourist Organization and it has a 3 star rating. Our primary goal is to make your stay the most pleasant one so that you can enjoy every bit of your holidays.
Liotrivi apartments are newly constructed, fully furnished and offer high quality self contained accommodation (60m2). Each unit includes: generous bedroom/s, fully furnished kitchen, meals area, separate bathroom and toilet, large outdoor private balcony, A/C, TV, free parking area, WiFi. Change of linen and towels is every 3 days.
Each bedroom holds a double bed, while in the living room there is a couch that can be transformed to a bed, that can hold 2 persons (a total of 6 in each apartment). In the modern kitchen one can find a refrigerator, an oven and many storing spaces. Also the bathroom, big and beautiful adds to the picture that the apartments combine. All the apartments have air conditioning and a television set and also a table and chairs at the balcony for one to spent hours relaxing staring at the beautiful view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Апартмани Лиотриви пружају добар однос цене и квалитета. До смештаја је једноствно доћи аутомобилом и обезбеђено је довољно бесплатних паркинг места за госте. До велике градске плаже је потребно 7-8 минута хода, док се до малих плажа, има их три, стиже пешке за око 15 минута. Мале плаже су много лепше и вода је чистија у односу на велику плажу и исплати се прошетати се до њих. Купатило је мало, старо и не делује довољно чито, на туш кабини је недостајала завеса. Кревети су удобни и широки. Клима уређај је бесплатан. Градско шеталиште се налази на 2 минута од смештаја, најближ маркет на 3-4 минута. Велики маркет са већим избором и повољнијим ценама је удаљен пар километара, али се налази на путу који води до плажа Портокацики и Егремни.
