Liotrivi Studios

Accommodation description

Liotrivi Studios is located in the center of Vasiliki, approximately 80m from the center and the port. The property offers units with a direct view of the sea, parking for guests, as well as a beautifully landscaped courtyard where you can enjoy with your family.

About 400m away, there are two small beaches, while a large city beach is about 250m away. The nearest store and bakery are located 30m away.

Liotrivi Studios offers three triple studios (20m2), which have one double and one single bed. One triple studio has the option of adding a folding extra bed (metal construction with a slightly thinner mattress). There are two quadruple studios (24m2), which have one double and one single bed, as well as an additional bed. Two two-bedroom apartments for five people (50m2), with double beds in both bedrooms and the possibility of adding a folding extra bed. Four two-bedroom apartments for six people (60m2), with double beds in both bedrooms, as well as a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen.

The accommodation units are spread across two buildings, located right next to each other, on the first, second, and third floors.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, wireless internet and TV. The studios have a kitchenette with a two-burner stove and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the apartments have a four-burner stove and a large oven and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin or a bathtub/shower with a curtain.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day of stay.

Private parking is provided for all guests.

The owners live in the house across the street and are available to guests for any information or assistance.

Liotrivi Studios is a decent and very clean accommodation, in a good location. Although it is located near the promenade and all important facilities, the accommodation is sufficiently secluded from noise, making it ideal for guests who want to be in the center while enjoying peace and quiet.

Dear, All praise for the accommodation. We are very satisfied. With the location, cleanliness, and the host who was always there if you needed anything. Close to the promenade, shops, and the beach. An excellent location for visiting other beaches on Lefkada.

More modest accommodation, the rooms are very small, but it is spotless, tidy, and they take great care of maintenance and cleanliness.
