Lirides Suites is located in Lefkada, the largest and main town of Lefkada, the administrative and cultural center of the island, dominated by a large marina with numerous anchored sailboats, yachts, ships, and boats, along which stretches a long promenade full of taverns, cafes, and seafood restaurants. This accommodation is 2.4km away from Agios Ioannis Beach.

Within this accommodation, apartments are offered, spread over the first and second floors of a building equipped with an elevator, intended for the stay of up to five adults. In the bedroom of the apartment, intended for the stay of up to four adults, there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa for two people. The five-bed apartment, which is structured as a maisonette on two levels, on the lower level, which is at the level of the second floor, has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, in the attic, within an open gallery, there is sleeping area and a bathroom. In the bedroom of this apartment, as well as in the sleeping area located in the open gallery, there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa for one person.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and each bedroom, guests have free WiFi internet access, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, large oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
